Great communication

I had a small issue with my item coming from outside of Europe, Adam from DirectNine responded to my mail immediately to help out.
I couldn't be happier.

Do not use!

Do not use!

Bought item from DirectNine in UK. They elected to ship item from USA but was not advised of this and clearly that is their choice. However the product did not work as advertised and when I tried to return it they insisted I pay to ship item back to their USA address rather than their UK address, effectively making the product non returnable due to the international shipping costs they wanted me to pay!

I tried repeatedly to resolve and even offered to pay for the cost to post to their UK address but they refused and after escalation offered a voucher rather than a refund so have had to raise with third parties and credit card company for resolution to try and get a refund for the item. A complete waste of time and effort.

Avoid this company.

Ordered a mini cctv camera
Way overpriced quality absolutely shocking didn't even work
Pound shop would supply better
Rubbish not happy

Review date a week later
Direct line did get in touch since my last Review and in fairness said they are going to sort out my issue
They are going to replace my camera with a new better one
Hope it's better than the first one

Great Customer Service!

Had an issue with transit/carrier which delayed the shipping. Contacted DirectNine and it was sorted within a few days and communicated all the way through. Great service!
