AVOID!

Awful experience.

Everything is confusing, especially the payments. Payments are more complicated than they need to be, and trying to get answers is pointless. Customer service is completely unhelpful, with slow, vague, copy-paste replies that solve nothing.

Communication is terrible, and when you try to fix an issue, they start asking for ridiculous things like screenshots of your bank account, then refuse to help when you can’t provide them.

Genuinely gives off scam vibes. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Seems like a Scam.

As a first time customer the lack of basic communication is very concerning. Very quick to send payment info, but then no further communication. Just read or ignore WhatsApp and emails.

Beginning to look more and more like a scam.
