The ordering process was simple and the quality of the splashback was great . However, the fixings supplied (at an extortionate cost) are complete rubbish. Do yourself a favour and don't bother with them. You can get much better quality and cheaper from Screwfix.

Easy to order exact size and specification and was asked before manufacture if my order was correct.
Only downside was FedEx didn’t deliver in the time slot they said, so my order was left with my neighbour.

Having renovated our kitchen we only had a small lip of granite behind the sink. This was resulting in the paint getting splashed during washing up. I knew I wanted a splash back but really didn’t know where to start. Enter Direct Splashbacks. They’ve made a bespoke made to measure splash back which runs length of the area behind my double sink and more. I’m thrilled with it. It looks like it was meant to be there. I was guided by Tony who was very helpful. It arrived incredibly well packaged with a tracked delivery service. The splashback was a very reasonable price but actually looks so stunning it could have been a lot more. I have no hesitation in recommending this company & their products.

I found direct splashbacks on the internet and they appeared to be the only company that would do thicker 8 and 10mm glass and a custom colour. The submission process was easy but my colour choice was not on their list. Tony at Direct Splashbacks got in touch and he volunteered to go to Homebase and get a tester pot of the colour I wanted just to verify that they got it right. Amazing Service, communication and the splashbacks were exactly as ordered.

Good choice of designs and colours. We opted for a sage colour splashback to match our kitchen decor and it looks awesome. Easily fixed to the wall using the supplied adhesive. I am very happy with the service and product.

Badly damaged splashback received from direct splashbacks. Dispatch time was shockingly bad. There was A very large chip the full length of one edge. Corners were damaged. Their solution was to send me touch up paint or for me to buy a replacement at a discounted price. They said it could have happened in transit and because I hadn’t opened and inspected it within 48 hours they couldn’t claim damages from the transport company. But there were no pieces of glass in the box. Just the damaged splashback. We probably buy close to 100 splashbacks in a year as we are in the kitchen business. I’ve Never had any problems before from other suppliers. This was the first and last time we use direct splashbacks

Ordered a replacement glass splashback in a custom colour to replace a damaged panel. Very happy with it, and the price was so competitive. Great customer service too, I had a question about installation which was quickly answered in full.
