AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! I placed a toy order as they also sell squishies and after a few days i got a call saying a couple of products were out of stock. I agreed to change an item and requested the rest be refunded. Today the order arrived withy faulty items, broken items, items with no safety marks etc which are obviously fakes and they have not refunded me for the items that were unavailable.
Looking on the site and all the items they said were out of stock are still live for sale so they are obviously not unavailable and these guys are robbing people!!!
I have tried calling and messaging them but now been hung up on and calls rejected and no answer to my emails either.
Having looked into the company it seems plenty of others have had similar issues. I am now left hundreds of pounds out of pocket with a pile of junk toys.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!
I shall be contacting trading standards and my bank and hopefully i can get some kind of luck

Ordered several items a few months ago, no communication whilst waiting for delivery - delivery arrived with incorrect and counterfeit goods. Due to this we asked for a full refund and were more then happy to send them the goods back. Called, messaged and emailed was promised callbacks etc that never happened. Had to pursue a claim from my bank which I won. I Have also reported this company to trading standards. Don’t use unless you want incorrect and fake goods.

Order £200 worth of vapes, all arrived within 2 working days, 2 boxes of the vapes are incorrect, emailled customer services twice no response, phoned no response, sent whats app and still no response, left with 2 boxes of vapes that I did not order, really poor service and would not recommend this company

Stay away from!! Had to contact the bank to get my money back ! No contact made for 2 weeks after several emails

Two big orders both arrived next day, order was correct

Dreadful! Sent the wrong vape flavour and never replied to emails. Now stuck with 10 of the most awful flavoured vapes that I have ever tasted!

Emailed in several times asking for an update with no response. Avoid being messed around by this company, having to go through the bank to try and resolve.

Ordered a specific vape brand they sent a different model to what I ordered which are fake and unsmokable. I've emailed 6 times no reply as I want to swap to the vapes I ordered.

Avoid at all cost terrible retailer I will keep pushing for a refund don't get stung like me guys

Thief’s brought stuff of them a box under and no refund ask for cctv got nothing the customer support is so bad I hope people read this befor buy never buying from them again and I will be contacting Shopify abit this too

Never ever buy from this seller …is a fraud..I place an order £700 got the order next day but send me different vape ..when I called him is days photos are different ..in photos shows two pack vapes and he sent me one pack one…
Also never sent me invoice..I called so many times also msg him need invoice for account purpose but never replied…

Bought some vapes from them 2 weeks and delivery is supposed to be 1-2 working days. Tracking is still on ‘preparing shipment’. They do not respond to emails or whatsapp messages. Scammers, avoid at all costs. 0 stars if possible

Purchased a vape kit plus pack of coils about 10 days ago. Coils arrived but no vape kit.
WhatsApp used for contact several times but messages read and not answered.
Now £50 out of pocket and no way of reaching them.
Draw your own conclusions but mine is that they are scammers or fraudsters.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, QUICK TO TAKE MONEY, CLAIMS TO HAVE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICES BUT NO CONTACT NUMBER OR EMAIL ADDRESS. MADE A PURCHASE ON 11TH JAN 2025 AND STILL NEVER RECEIVED THE GOODS. NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS OR WATTSAPP VIA THEIR WEBSITE. IF I COULD I WOULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO STARS
