I could have a free server for some time, before the performances dropped significantly. But the support team was always there to help us. I did not try the paid offer. So, I cannot judge it.

No servers available after purchase

They let you purchase a server, even though there are no available servers.
30+ hours of pending while it said to be an automatic process.
No support reply in those 30 hours either.

Discord is filled with people saying there's no available servers.
Selling non-existing server.

They say they offer free hosting but they dont

They say they offer free hosting, but when you log in they make you click through some adveritisment links to get credits to be able to use to buy a server.

I clicked some links, seen some ads, then I went to try and get a server and it told me they had none available on the node. What a waste of time.

Bad support team

Took them a couple of hours to respond to my ticket the first time. I did what i was asked and was told that someone would reply to my ticket shortly. And without getting a response in a couple of days the ticket closed for being inactive. It feels like the support team should be decent enough to be able to respond quick enough to not have the ticket close for inactivity
