My dear nurse friend is dying of cancer. She purchased a hinged wooden casket from this company. She received an empty wooden shipping container. Appears to be velcroed together, plywood. No resemblance of a casket. She contacted the company who sent a photo of the casket they would replace this shipping container with. To this date she has never received an actual casket. They did take her $900 though. There’s a special place in hell for these people.

The casket itself was beautiful, but they not only did not rush the order (I paid $199 extra for 2-day shipping) but told us all kinds of untruths about why and made promises that weren't kept. They did not return our calls or emails when we inquired about a date, even though they said they would call us right back, and we finally got word from the funeral home that the casket was delivered 2 hours before the service! When I asked for a refund of the expedited shipping, they said ok but never issued it. i had to go through Paypal and dispute it.

The color is better than expected quality is a 10/10 I wear a size 7 in women's and have wide feet and they fit so good !For the money you spend it's 100000% worth every dollar and they are comfortable the leather is really good!

Grandmother passed suddenly due to covid and we needed a casket fast. Joe was a tremendous help with the process and we are very happy. Highly recommended.
