Avoid!! Have gone into administration. Unable to return or refund. Can’t get to speak to anyone and no one responds to emails. I am having to claim my refund via bank.

Ordered mid January and received an email early Feb saying they have entered administration and that I won’t be getting my cricket bag nor a refund! Surprised website is still live to be honest!

Do not use this company. I ordered a cricket bag and the transaction went through. I chased my order 1 month later using the email they provided in my invoice. The email did not work and bounced back. I tried to phone and their number does does not exist. I used the online contact form and have had no response. I used the chatbot and have had no response. I should have read the other reviews before using them as multiple people have had the same experience.

I ordered my son a top of the range shrey cricket helmet worth over £200 back in November 2025. Discount cricket outlet which is owned by All Rounder cricket based in Leeds has not only scammed me but not responded to any of my emails regarding my delivery it's February 2026 still no response and no sign of my order despite continously chasing them with emails..... It's shocking to see this online store do this to me and robbing us with our hard earned money and not having a slight bit of decency or professional business ethics!!! The authorities need to look into discount cricket outlet! . No communication at all since order placed - chased via email and live chat! Please be aware and avoid this online store and All rounder cricket store all a scam!!!

Do not use Discount Cricket Outlet. Placed an order with DCO on 16th January and received an email confirmation of the order. Bank account reads money gone to "All Rounder Cricket". However, nothing has been delivered and no communication at all as of 2nd Feb - chased via email and "live chat".

Sadly I can’t give less than one star.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered a ba last year…yes you read that right - last year.

They took payment and have yet to deliver the bag. Their customer service is non existent. You use a contact form and they don’t respond. There is no phone number or anyway of contacting them other than email but they do not respond.

I’m suspecting there is zero chance of a refund.

Nearly 3 weeks after ordering i havent received anything. I contact them , they ignored. Basically a fraudulent branch of All Rounder cricket who also have appalling reviews.

Do not buy from either of these organisations. You have been warned. Their prices are seductive but you wont get what you ordered.

Do not order from this company!! I ordered cricket shoes for my son for Christmas in early December. They took payment and sent email confirmation but the shoes were never shipped. Ive emailed, tried to call and done the contact forms on the website and no-one has even acknowledged me. I am getting absolutely no response and feel like I've been scammed. And my son still doesnt have new cricket shoes

Didn't receive my goods, tried contacting a number of times over the past month but no-one bothers picking up your emails and they do not have a phone number.

Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered in a rush, without really looking at the website. It’s a blatant scam. Emailed the company when it didn’t arrive and they did reply, but in very poor English. Luckily I had paid through PayPal and got a refund.

Received item after a few weeks of ordering to get a faulty bag (large hole in it). Took ages for them to arrange a return of the item and I'm still waiting for a full refund 4 weeks later. Will be raising a dispute with my credit card company.
They may sell discounted items but it's no use if the items are faulty and you can't get a refund.

Placed an order 3 weeks ago and after receiving confirmation not heard anything since. Tried to contact many times but no response. Completely unacceptable.

Ordered cricket pads which arrived promptly, but unfortunately they were not suitable, returned them nearly 4 weeks ago for a refund and still waiting, have emailed them 4 times now and not one reply, or acknowledgment they have even received the email, won’t be using again

I am absolutely thrilled with my recent purchase from this company! Like any parent, I wanted my son's main birthday present to arrive on time, and initially, I was a little worried when the order status remained "processing" for a week. After reading some reviews, I admit I started to get concerned.

However, the team truly went above and beyond to ensure my son's birthday was perfect. A wonderful representative named Matt reached out to me, offering a sincere apology for the delay and explaining the situation with the cricket balls. He then personally ensured the order was dispatched via DHL, and to my immense relief, it arrived with super-fast delivery, right in time for the big day!

The product itself is absolutely amazing and in full working order – my 10-year-old son was incredibly happy, and that's what truly matters. While there was a slight hiccup with initial communication, their dedication to making things right, their fantastic products, and their competitive prices truly shine. Knowing they have live chat available for support is also a plus.

This company genuinely cares about its customers and delivers exceptional products. I highly recommend them, and I'm so grateful for their effort in making my son's birthday so special!

I have not received item. After multiple contact attempts I have received nothing back from company or Evri. Will have to pursue through my bank for a refund. I would not recommend buying from this company. Amazing prices but non existent customer service when it goes wrong.

I purchased a Kippax Colossus two weeks ago. The bad arrived within a week (I used the free knocking in service).

After all the reviews I was sceptical following my order, however, the item arrived quickly, is in great condition and the bat has handled the first net session with ease - appears to be really well knocked in already.

My experience so far is good with the company and I would purchase again.

I've used Discount Cricket Outlet many times without an issue. However the first time I have faulty goods, their service has been almost non-existent. There's no obvious phone number to call, the "live chat" gets no response, I did get a response to one email but nothing since.

I will be looking elsewhere for my cricket gear in future
