We recently got our second dumpster rental with Discount Dumpster, expecting great service like the first time... we experienced the complete opposite. They had terrible communication, delivered the dumpster a day early and to the wrong house. When we reached out to them regarding all these issues we had two people state they would be talking with management and we would hear back... we never heard back. Long story short we will not be using discount dumpster again since there are dozens of other options in the Denver area.

Friendly, on time, cost, and timeframe to have the dumpster.

Great communication

Every person I worked with during the process was wonderful. We originally ordered one dumpster and had to call back to order two more. Service was prompt and very well communicated if there were any changes. They made every effort to ensure we could get the dumpsters as quickly as possible. A big thank you to Ethan who helped coordinate our orders.

The delivery guy dropped the dumpster in the middle of my driveway, which I didn’t want, and blocked the sidewalk which you just can’t do. It also was delivered with trash in it. I wouldn’t use them again!

I called and paid for a dumpster to be delivered on Thursday October 28th. I think I got a 12 or 14 yard dumpster. We are in the process of moving out of our house and needed the dumpster to help clean out the house. I received a call thursday afternoon from Josh apologizing and saying they couldn’t deliver the dumpster on Thursday but would have it out on Friday. I thought no biggie still have all weekend to use it. Friday comes and no dumpster get another call from Josh again apologizing and saying it would be delivered Saturday. To day is Saturday at 5:30 pm. I called the company at noon and spoke to a nice lady who said she would look and see where the dumpster is and call me back. I never receive a call. I did try to call a few minutes ago but they are closed. Go spend your money somewhere else. Now I have to find a new company and will be forced to take time off work to get done what had been planned for this weekend.

This company had great prices. They were on time with the order.

They have a bad costumer service, with people that don’t care after they have charge you.
They promise a delivery date, but always 2-3 days late.
That will charge you if cancelled, but if you ask for a discount is imposible, make sure you are not late because they will charge you per day, but if they are late like I said no discounts.
And it will ALWAYS be a over weight charge.
No matter if Is half way that will always manage to over charge with out notice. If you ask for scale ticket, most of the time you won’t get a response.

Dropped of on schedule. Picked up on time. No issues. Less expensive than the 4 other places I called. Office was easy to deal with.

Office staff was helpful, responsive. The rates were very competitive and the drivers were on time and friendly. I rented a 30 yd. for 14 days. I would highly recommend.

Good service! Great price. Even when I wanted a15 yard and they only had 20 yards available they only charged me for a 15 yard!

Real good service...cheap, put it where we wanted and had a military discount. Highly recommend.

Service was okay. It's just an inconvenience when there is not a direct line for dispatch and they cannot tell you when your dumpster is being swapped out. I wish that I could have skipped the middle man and went directly to the dispatch when scheduling. The lady I spoke with for payments was very nice and tried to do her best to help me. Next time I would definitely use another company.

Great service... prompt pick up!

Very easy to work with. Dropped off and picked up on time as scheduled and was affordable. Note to them, can be better at communication. I never got any kind of email confirmation of when the dumpster would be picked back up, just what we agreed on over the phone when I set it up. I called and left a VM and emailed them to to confirm that date, but nobody ever got back to me. Fortunately, they did pick up on the date agreed upon, so just an opportunity to improve on communications with the customer.

Outstanding service. Delivery driver was fantastic in how gently he placed the dumpster on my driveway. Same service at pickup. Easy, affordable and fast service.
