Superb service from start to finish. Highly recommended

Great service from day one, price as competitive as you'll find anywhere. I arranged a pick up after the day we got into Florida as at my age (77) I don't relish driving in the dark. Pick up was smooth at a location an easy walk from our hotel. Alamo agent couldn't have been more helpful, non of the pressure sale for extra insurance. Car (Nissan Rogue) had only done 650 miles, top spec too (reversing camera, car proximity warning etc etc). Drop off easy too. I recommend Discount Florida Car Hire, the complementary satnav was very handy despite being to Florida frequently over the last 20 years. Roads do change over time. Many thanks DFCH.

Cheaper than what we were being quoted going direct to Alamo and being able to walk off the plane and straight into a car was a welcome added bonus. Sat Nav postal service worked well and they are quick to respond to any questions. Would happily use again

Fantastic service - They were the cheapest provider for Alamo I could find. I reserved a car without even leaving a deposit and when the price came down they re-booked me at the new lower price!

We have used Discount Florida Car Hire on 3 occasions now (most recently Oct 2019) On each trip, they have offered us the best price (the hire was via Alamo).
I have asked Andy one to two questions for which I always received a very quick response (usually within the hour).
The option of hiring a Sat Nav via Andy is great since the delivery/return of the device is arranged for you.
If we go to the USA again, we will definitely arrange the car hire via Andy.

Excellent service, prior to going to Florida Andy gave me examples of what I should be looking for to avoid hidden charges. I had never hired a vehicle in the US before and Andy's help was invaluable. There were no sat navs available at the time but Andy told me to download the offline map App Navmii and it worked brilliantly without the need for data, using this I found my way around Orlando and then a trip to Clearwater beach too. I hired a minibus and the Florida office didn't have one when I went to pick it up, I emailed Andy and he got straight onto them and one was found. On returning it the Florida office tried to add a $10 fee that hadn't been agreed and again Andy got straight onto them and had it cancelled. The customer service from Discount Florida Car Hire is first rate and I would definitely recommend them, I would certainly use them again.

This is the second time we have used DFCH and the service as before was first class. Communication from start to finish was excellent and even after booking Andy managed to come back with an even better price. Can not recommend highly enough.

This is my 2nd or 3rd time I have used discount Florida car hire, and I can say hand on heart they are absolutely fantastic. So easy to book online, best price, and free sat nav. What else could you wish for. I always book Alamo car hire through this website as they are one of the biggest and have a great range of cars. Also the bonus of being able to check in online so you fill in few details and provide driving licence details and then print off your confirmation and go straight to the car not the desk. So no queuing up when you get there. Brilliant. I have recommended this firm to all my friends who have booked to go Florida. I will be using them again next year.5 stars.

I used Discount Florida Car Hire for the first time this month and I have to say these guys are just better than a traditional big-name rental company in every way.

Andy confirmed both my booking and sat nav rental immediately after I placed my order, all instructions on the sat nav rental were very clear and the rental voucher came through exactly when they said it would, 1 week before we left to go on holiday the sat nav arrived with our villa address already loaded as the "home" location and loaded with the latest maps.

We had two rental cars on our holiday due to the size of our party and the sat nav supplied by Discount Florida Car Hire was actually more accurate and knew more back roads to avoid toll roads than the built-in navigation system on a Chevy Tahoe so I'm impressed.

I will definitely be back again next time I go away again and these guys are now my go-to for car rental.

I Have used Discount Florida car hire for the 1st time this year. Booking was easy and the communication was great. The rates was very competitive and I received the satnav in the post in plenty of time before the holiday. Andy was fantastic as 2 days before we were due to fly Thomas cook ceased trading and we had to amend our booking last minute and Andy sorted this out for us no problem.
