Great Staff and Product-couldn't ask for more…
We called because we weren't sure exactly what we needed for the project we were working on. The man listened while we explained and told us exactly what to buy. We have already used the gum rubber he recommended. It worked great. Very helpful staff and great product. Thank you!

For the most part very good
For the most part very good. I got confused by a statement on their website that if your order was not greater than $50 they were going to charge you an extra $20. This was not in their Ts and Cs nor was part of the quote I received. So it rattled my cage until we sorted it out.

Quick Easy and painless
Quick Easy and painless. I came across Discount Rubber by accident on the web while searching for a local company to get some gasket material from. Even though they weren't local they were still able to get me the material within 3 days of me ordering it. The process was quick and the Customer Service Reps were very helpful.
