No direct telephone number so had to correspond with emails with delayed responses.

The customer service department didn’t know their own delivery policies regarding next day service so I had to snap shot their T&C’s to show them!

Hermes didn’t despatch on the same day as collection and they had to cancel the delivery within an hour of their proposed time. Frustrating as I was waiting home anticipating the delivery.

Overall disappointing first time using this company.

As an online seller should be, quick efficient, price good, delivery expectation met. The product I purchased (extending straws) were better than expected in quality and function. Having lost proper use of one side of my face drinking from cup / glass difficult the straw does what is needed.

The items arrived quickly and in perfect order, exactly as described, and at a good price.

Not a lot to say really. ordered an axe, it arrived fairly quickly and the price was lower than any one else selling the same product. Great value for money.

I ordered gloves and a pair of secateurs off the website. it was easy to place the order. The goods came quickly, were as described and were of excellent quality as expected.

Good range available, Good price. Just what I wanted

I received a lovely torch which I could not get to work. I emailed the company who resolved the problem for me. The instructions on the packaging were not made clear by Ring, the makers of the LED torch. Discount Sales kept me up-to-date while they were resolving the problem. I am now a very happy customer and will use Discount Sales again

The company is brilliant. Great prices (at most half what amazon would charge), they get your order sent off fast, they probably need to remember to send the tracking numbers on the emails to the customer. I had a slight issue with Hermes, however contacted the seller and even though I didn't need them to do anything in the end they were fast at replying. I would 100% use them again and I'm going to keep an eye on their site for anything else I may need.

Three days ago, when a review was solicited by Discount Sales 365, I wrote that I was still wainting for the items to be delivered.
I received a reply saying that it would be looked into. Nothing subsequently happened and the order is still not received on 24/12. It is now too late and I have been forced to go out and buy from another source today. I have emailed asking for the order to now be cancelled and a refund processed, and requested a confirmation reply.
This email has not been answered. This I'm afraid just adds to the negative impression of this company.
Overall not a happy experience hence one star

My fountain pen arrived earlier than expected and was in a beautiful presentation box.
It is a Christmas gift, so hasn't been used yet, but hopefully it will come up to expectations
