Diskcopy is a great resource for us. We use them to create thumbdrives of our conference proceedings and training materials. We have used them four times thus far and are extremely satisfied with the quality, price, and service. I highly recommend DiskCopy.

I run a mobile robot company that distributes software on SD cards. It may not be obvious, but the performance of the system is critically dependent on the SD card. If the SD card is slow, so is the compute, which in turn can cause weird, pernicious and other customer relationship destroying behavior. If there is bin-mix or any of the other common problems with preparing a data disk - that would cause very costly customer returns.

We talked to service providers all over the world that matched our global supply chain - you wouldn't believe the amount of counterfeit, dodgy or substandard SD card providers we found. Then we found diskcopy.

Finding diskcopy was like finding an oasis in a desert of data despair.

They are a crucial part of my supply chain and I've worked with them for more than 5 years. Sometimes you encounter slight bumps in the road with suppliers, and while I have had some problems with every other supplier - with Diskcopy never. Not one root cause corrective action report has ever led to them, not one late delivery - they are unique in my supply chain on both counts - despite the fact that what they do is actually surprisingly difficult to do well with this level of quality.

They are also great to work with, very service oriented and they also helped us obtain harder to get higher reliability SD cards.

If you want my advice and you are thinking about who to work with - stop looking and call them.

I started working with Diskcopy during the pandemic, when our previous vendor was shut down and then went out of business. I was contacted immediately about my inquiry, and not only was my order turned more quickly, but at a better price. And, after 4 years, we still get the same excellent service and fair pricing. I have also never had any quality issues with any of my orders. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of duplication services or products.

Production work was excellent. Shipping and import charges were exorbitant. A fedex waybill was sent. From this I could only assume shipping charges were over $700. Yikes, lost money on that one.

I had a good experience working with Diskcopy. I had them make usb's for a studio recital I recorded and they were very fast with all communication, the formatted the usb's for me and even loaded the video on them. I will definitely use them again!
