Please do not fall for these filthy scammers,they are there for one reason and that is too scam you!

They take payment and then do not deliver. They are scammers and thieves.

Had placed a few orders last year with no problem and then like many others place an additional order and received nothing. I followed up and heard nothing many times. They have now started emailing asking to place orders again and offering very small discount codes to make up for them taking a lot of money from people without even a direct response to many follow up emails. Avoid at all costs

Still scamming so still ordering and not paying!

Has been taken over by scammers they used to be legit but I ordered 10/10/25 never came through 5 months later they still advertise, they even sent me an email saying they know my order didn't come through and they are getting around to sending out a coupon code, but if I order now it will definitely come through, wtf, I previously posted 2 reviews and they have been removed...how? So we can't even trust trustpilot now? I'm here to warn people to save them having their money stolen and you remove the reviews. What's that about? Anyway as you can see some people have even orded twice and even then still not got it so don't fall for it, f dispenseree 1 star is to generous

DO NOT TRUST THAT ORDER FULFILLED PROOF INCLUDED EMAIL. Ordered small on a 24hr turn around - nothing arrived and ghosted again. STILL SCAMMERS, DO NOT FALL FOR IT AGAIN LIKE I DID.

Incredibly poor communication with customers. There is little to no response when you reach out. They are more than happy to take on new orders through their ambitious promotional spam, but fail to prioritize fulfilling older ones. If you plan to order, don’t expect your items to arrive for months, if at all.

Instead of offering refunds for delayed orders, they promise coupon codes, which only adds to the frustration when the situation is already horrendous.

My order has still not been fulfilled after four months of waiting. At this point, it seems unlikely they will resolve it. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

If I could submit 0/5 stars, I would.

They have since blocked my email address from contacting them, as well as banning my IP from accessing their website. Seriously, this is pathetic

i thought i will try new source and placed order with this company. spend over £200 on bits and pieces. Order never arrived and no response from company. I should have stuck to my old source blem-boyz . they offer fast delivery and paypal so your money is always safe

Do not buy from this company!! They will take your money and send nothing. They are obviously scammers and don't respond to any emails or queries.

I placed an order with Dispenseree in September 2025 and paid for Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery. I received a shipping confirmation, but the parcel was never scanned and never arrived.

I contacted customer support and was told my case was “logged” and that I would receive a voucher/coupon instead of a refund so I could reorder. Despite multiple follow-ups, no voucher and no refund were ever issued.

Over the next six months, I received generic emails about delays, batching, and a company relaunch, each time being told not to chase and that my case would be resolved “soon”. It never was. At one point, I was even told a replacement order had been shipped again — it also never arrived.

As of February 2026, I am still out of pocket with no product, no refund, and no response to my most recent refund request.

This has been an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering unless you are prepared to potentially lose your money if something goes wrong.

Ordered on 19th December and still waiting for delivery. Really an unfit operation with zero scruples

This is a fraudulent website that steals people's money and doesn't send them the items they purchased. These people are pigs and filth, and after these negative comments, this scam website that steals people's money should be banned.

I was incredibly surprised to see my package actually arrived! Couldn’t believe it honestly since I decided to read reviews after purchasing. I was excited so same day it arrived I had one of their trolli edibles. Waited an hour and absolutely nothing. Ate another one, waited another hour and absolutely nothing. Ate three at once next, another hour passed and nothing. They sent me an order with 0 actual product they truly are just scammers

scam, took my funds 2 weeks ago and never receieved product... ordered from mgofarmz.com and receieved my product in 3 days. stay away from this site

Scam used to be good when first started. Know they are just stealing customers money avoid at all costs

Very poor experience. I paid for an order that was never delivered and then waited almost 5 months just to receive a response.

When they finally replied, I was offered a coupon instead of a refund and encouraged to place another order, even though my original order had still not been fulfilled. I was then told refunds are not offered.

After paying, I received neither the goods nor my money back. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be avoid ordering from these people.

Do not use this company.
They were reliable initially but eventually denied receiving payment for an order even though I paid promptly and used the correct payee details.
My emails were ignored initially and eventually I received an insolent reply.
There are other suppliers out there.
Dispenseree/Dispenseroo is a scam now.

Very bad service. What’s advertised is not anything close to what you’ll receive. If your seasoned smoker like myself don’t let curiosity get the best of you you’ll only be very disappointed.
