I ordered from France and my first shipment was seized by French customs before reaching me. Despite this being completely outside Disposavapes' control, the support team (shoutout to David and Ardit) handled everything professionally! Kept me informed, escalated with UPS, and quickly sent a replacement via a different courier. Second shipment arrived with no issues. Great products and even better customer service. Will definitely keep ordering!

I recommend, got the wrong kit so this was a little disappointing but I got reimbursed so In the end it all worked out and I definitely will buy @disposavapes again.

Ordered some vapes from the Netherlands last week. Arrived just now. Had some minor issue with UPS's new regulations but with Disposavapes' assistance it was immediately resolved.

I am more than satisfied!! Despite the positive reviews, I didn’t know what to expect, but I decided to order anyway. That was last tuesday, so 5 days ago. I paid extra for express delivery because I ran out and I just had to have them Quick. I contacted them the day after because they didn’t process the order yet and I was just curious how Quick they would respond. They responded very quickly and they were so customer friendly and patient with me. They explained everything in detail to me from the order process to the delivery and what I could expect. I really appreciate they took the time for me. And today I received the order and they are soooo next level good! I really did not expect this, definately ordering Here Again. Thank you so much, @disposavapes! 😃

I order from Disposavapes to the Netherlands often and it's always easy, quick and no issue.

I've only had one issue with a delivery and that was responded to really quickly and resolved in a very satisfactory way (they did way more than needed to make things right). 10/10 service and 10/10 customer support.

Ik raad iedereen aan om hier je vapes te bestellen. De vapes zijn van goede kwaliteit, ze zijn niet duur en de service is perfect (ze reageren snel/direct op vragen die ik stel via het contactformulier of whatsapp). De geschatte levertijd is binnen 2-4 werkdagen, maar ik heb vaak de vapes de volgende dag al in huis. Minimaal 5 sterren waard dus!

First time ordering here and it went great, my products arrived in 3 days, the products are fantastic, I haven't had a bad vape yet and most importantly the products are not expired. So really a 5/5, the only downside is thaf u cant really know how much ur gonna pay in total, i wish they had a option where u can see how much tax ur gonna pay on ur package and the Additional UPS costs. I paid 40 euros on tax and 8 euros on UPS costs, it would have been great if i knew beforehand how much i was gonna pay exactly. And maybe shisha vapes in the future 🫣?

I ordered a pod and 2 types of liquids, received it in 2 days, shipping was 17€ and customs was 23€ to nl, but I ended up receiving a lot more liquids than I ordered, so it compensated for it. Site is a little confusing, but I’m happy with their services.

Super service. Op zaterdagochtend vroeg een vraag gesteld via what's app en krijg meteen antwoord en hulp. Ik bestel hier al meer dan een jaar. Sinds het in Nederland niet meer te verkrijgen is. En de SKE pods uit Duitsland niet te vergelijken zijn met deze van disposavapes. Hier zit veel meer smaak aan. Altijd netjes en snel geleverd. 1 keer problemen gehad met UPS Nederland maar ook dat werd snel opgelost na communicatie met UPS wat volledig uit handen van deze winkel is.

Ik raad iedereen in Nederland deze store aan.

Bedenk wel dat de prijzen in £ en niet in € zijn. dus dat de eindprijs iets hoger is (gemiddelde koers schommeld tussen 1,17€en 1,20€ per 1 £. dus voor een rekening van 100£ betaal je 120€) en dat je invoer kosten moet betalen bij het desbetreffende postorderbedrijf voordat het bezorgd word (DHL/UPS) wat ongeveer 35€ bedraagt op bestelling van 120€

Binnen een week geleverd, maar Douane kosten kwamen er bij van 39 euro!!! Dus volgende keer rij ik wel naar duitsland...

The customer service is amazing. When I have problems figuring stuff out on my own, I message them through WhatsApp and they respond very quickly and are always willing to help me out. So far I am very happy with them. I recommend 😇

First few orders were fine. When they only had regular shipping, shipping was a lot faster. Now that they have “express” expensive shipping, suddenly the normal shipping takes a lot longer.

I placed an order 2,5 weeks ago and it has not arrived. They told me DPD made a mistake and the package will be sent back to them. Instead of sending me a new package immediately - like decent sellers do - i have to wait until the package is returned to them before they send it out again. This will most definitely take at least another week of waiting, since it has been days since. They proudly communicate that they will pay for the new shipping - well duh, as you should since i already paid for shipping. And if it’s truely DPDs fault, they don’t have to pay for the new shipment. So I’ll probably have to wait at least 3 weeks for my order because they refuse to just send me a new order while the other one is on it’s way to them (their words). Not at all customer friendly, if i find another shop i wont buy here anymore.

Edit: I’ve now ordered at Golden Vape, which is cheaper and ships faster.
