Had to put in one star in otder to write this review this is a scam website ordered an item got text saying payment had not gone through I tried another twice to pay eventually they said the payment had gone through on the 3rd attempt then noticed that the payment had been taken off 3 times contacted paypal who eventually got my money back I bought this item from the facebook marketplace. AVOID THIS SELLER ST ALL COSTS SCAM WEBSITE.

I had to give a star to write down this review. Scam scam scam scam under 2 names diversmal and jumpstartmal you use PayPal as a front to gain interest on money you have scammed from people.nothing but lies about your fictional products.

Scammer selling brand new items at ridiculous low prices. Wouldn't answer my questions about cheap prices, why no information about site on Internet, kept directing me to make payment for Samsung S21 ultra £800 phone, there price new £96 States in Islington yet site says Philips St in Bristol, I'm from Bristol and its St Philips not Philips St. Don't be fooled by prices. Even use paypal. I got caught out before as a site used PayPal, scammers never used to use PayPal but do now as takes upto 30 days to get refund, they earn Interest on your money.

Saw some great chairs for £60 each on Facebook Marketplace so contacted to buy them and despite being supposedly local they said they couldn’t be seen in person because of Covid and wanted to be paid via their cobbled together website. Alarm bells went off so asked if I could purchase via PayPal which they then agreed. Too many warning signs to proceed:
-No images of item taken by them, just random stock shots from different sites
- Facebook profile for ‘Olga Fritzl’ (great surname!) had no activity or picture
- Staff group shot in the About Us section pulled from Google images
- random assortment of items for enticingly low prices on the website
- Were pushing for the ‘one time only’ price sale which with delivery thrown in seemed too good to be true

AVOID!!!!!! Have reported to Facebook.

This is a scam website. They will take your money then cancel the order.
Luckily I paid through PayPal and instigated a dispute immediately.
I got a bogus postage tracking number and the first 3 notifications occurred within 6 mins. From collection to local sorting to regional sorting office. When I complained after 6 days that it hasn't moved within 30 it was updated to "Arrived" but where.
It proves that they somehow give control over the postage updates.
Have reported diversemall and jumpstartmall to their Web hosting company and it looks like jumpstartmall was taken down by they switched back to diversemall.com.
Got my money back from PayPal so kudos to them.
