I ordered based on their size chart. The items they sent me are NOT the measurements of their size chart (much smaller). I have original condition & packages, but all they re offering me is a $3 refund! My order was $65. It’s an insult. Plus I’ve been trying to get their warehouse address to return it and they haven’t sent it yet.

If I could give this company no stars , I would. Purchased a necklace, was charged tax, and advised them that I wanted to cancel the order. They said they would refund the tax, but I replied I wanted to cancel. They ignored my request, but refunded the incorrect tax. Ignored further requests to cancel, and sent item, which is very cheap quality. Would never buy from them again.

Please don't use this site, they take your money and send products that do not fit even after using their size chart. They do not offer returns and their customer service is a shambles.

Bought 2 bras,cost £35 pounds.didnt fit at all.they asked me to gift them to someone else.last email I got,they want me to keep them and give me 3usd as compensation!i did not know we were bartering ,they cost 44 usd,I gave them 1 star for their cheek.wont be ordering online again

Beware! I bought two bras for US$39 which did not fit (despite having followed their size guide) and are really poor quality. Nothing like shown on the Facebook ad that convinced me to buy them.
Worse, the company does not accept returns and refuses a refund. Their suggestion is that I should gift the bras to friends!
Do not buy from this company. You will be disappointed and there is not recourse.

I asked for a refund as the bras did not fit. I used their sizing specs. I was told correct product was sent so they won't do anything.
You'd have to be an idiot to buy anything from this business.

Bought two bras from this company. Took almost 5 weeks to receive goods. They did not fit me and were totally unsatisfactory. Emailed them to find out how to return them and get a refund. They said correct items were sent. I was not disputing the fact they were what I ordered, but that they did not fit me when tried on. They have refused the option to return and refund my money. In fact, they have suggested I might like to give them to a friend!! Total SCAM. I might have stuffed £30 down the drain. Do not entertain this fraudulent set up.

Diversev.com is a scam website that you should avoid at all costs. It has many red flags that indicate that it is not trustworthy or reliable. Do not waste your time or money on this website, as you will likely end up disappointed or scammed. Their customer service is a joke and they false advertise their product. You call them out on the BS and they do nothing to fix their mistakes.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They sell your email address to 3rd parties. I have waited 3 weeks for these goods. Stay away.

If I could could put no stars I would!! I bought 4 bras from this company, of a size that would apparently fit my size plus some room. These front fastening bras were supposed to be really supportive. I found them to be the reverse. No support whatsoever and too small, I asked for a refund as I was also disappointed by the quality. I was told to send the codes on the packets. I did and they said these were the requested products. I said they were not suitable and i wished for a full refund. They offered me 3USD!! I had paid over £60... more fool me.
I wrote to say this was not good enough and i found the bras not fit for my purpose and i wished to return them . I was again told these were the ones I ordered and I could have 5USD and to keep the bras. I am very unhappy and have been ripped off. The adverts are made to look like they are not from a chinese company but they definitely are.

Same as everyone else. Ordered a bra, when it arrived it didn't fit - just far too small for the advertised size. Unable even to contact the company (the "contact us" button just sits and spins).

I also bought two bras for about 48 Dollars , which don't fit and the qualitiy is very bad. I saw the bras at an Instagram ad. I cannot send the items back and they are only willing to refund me 3 Dollars. I am very dissapointed.DON'T BUY ITEMS FROM THAT COMPANY !

Because they were understaffed and had a technical problem i could not reach them. But they make sure i received my order and i even got an extra item. So finally a very good service.

I bought an item that was smaller than the guidelines but when asked for a full refund of $23.99 they offered me $3, an insult! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The payment also went to Abiaqecee.co.ltd.

Do not buy from this company. They purport to ship from California but are actually in China and you cannot return items. The size recommended in their guide was far too small for me and they refuse to tell me where to send them back. Offered a refund of $2 only.
Update: Aug 10th 2023. I pursued a claim through PayPal as “not as described” and sent screenshots of their advertising, and have received a full refund.

Beware of buying from their Facebook advertisement. I bought some things for £27 that didn't fit and asked for a refund. Customer service answered my emails promptly and were very apologetic and polite about my unhappiness with the product and the way it didn't fit me. However, they refused to give me an address (which they said was in China to send them back for a refund and only offered me $3 as compensation. That does not compensate for the loss of £24.
