I ordered tesla stick on handles and assumed coming from UK to Ireland would be a week approx. Exactly a month later they arrived from China. I could have ordered these from USA for half the price or from China myself. Unfortunately being a birthday present that day came and went. They arrived today and product is really good so if you aren't in a hurry it's fine. The company should tell you if they have them in stock in UK.

Ordered rear VW badge for my Polo It did not fit not deep enough due to this I damaged it trying to fit No chance of a refund. Item not fit for purpose. I wont be buying off them again

Jack and Dion really go above and beyond for their customers! I was in dire need of a set of IE MAP sensor to complete a tune on my car, and they were only available form America direct, and IE didnt have shipping options to the UK. I stumbled upon Diversion on google on a Friday evening who listed the sensor I needed, so I emailed them and received a reply in short order. They had the sensors enroute on a stock order, which arrived bang on time and was shipped out to me the same day. Every email was answered quickly, and they are really nice guys to deal with. Customer service is a thing of the past in so many places, it is refreshing to find a shop that goes the extra mile to take care of its customers. I've only just scratched the surface of all the items they have available on their site, but will certainly be back, and highly recommend them to anyone considering using them.

Wanted to give a 1 Star but I’d thought I’d be nice because there emails were always quick even if they did fob me off at every given opportunity.

So I ordered a Grill from them for my Golf at the start of October, I got a refund at the start of March because the item never arrived despite them telling me on countless occasions the item was on its way - insert excuse here (delayed shipping,lost in transit etc). I was trying so hard to be accommodating but initially the said they wouldn’t refund as it was special order item so that annoyed me but 6 months later they did.

It’s a shame because the company appears to sell good stuff, but a lot is rehashed stuff from Ali Express with an increase of prices.

Couldn’t ask for a better company I’ve been using them a very long time and bought things ranging from badges to custom carbon wheels. Just got a clutch and exhaust for my current car and the process is so simple and customer support is amazing. Will no doubt be using them again very soon!

Would 100% give these guys a 5* for the quality and customer service they give. I have bought upwards of 6 items have received all items in a quick manner and the quality has been superb! Have them branded on my car and I’m not shy to show the fact I buy from them.

Bought multiple times had a few racingline performance parts, remus exhaust, a spoiler and carbon steering wheel. Couldn't be happier with the service and product quality.

the object i ordered has been shipped from china (they ship object from aliExpress), the customer service team took a month to confirm my address to procede with the shippment, now the ETA for my order is being delayed every day and it looks like it has not left china yet.

my order came in today after almost 3 months, the radiator grill i ordered is not what i received.
will ask for a refund.
