Mask has been a game changer for me. I’ve always made do with off the shelf lenses or home made inserts using old frames. Decided to splash out on a Dive Sight custom varifocal mask and what a difference! Just back from a long break in Greece and managed several dives with perfect clarity of vision. I’m high minus prescription, around -8.

Gret experience from start to finish Liam was very helpful when it came to picking the right lenses and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. Got to use my mask on a recent trip to Vietnam, vision was spot on pretty much like wearing my glasses underwater.

I bought a mask with prescription bifocal lenses, which I've now dived with. Couldn't fault anything about the mask or the service.

I was recommended Dive Sight by my local diving shop. They were extremely helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them myself..

I ordered a Prescription Mask based on the excellent reviews however in September I did become concerned as recent reviews were scathing however I did speak to Liam shortly afterwards ( he did respond to e-mails and telephone calls) and he explained the issues and challenges the Company was experiencing, true to his word about sorting the situation I received my new mask today (28th), within the 14-28 day timescale specified and everything is perfect.
I dropped to a 4 Star as I think communication about progress could be improved and avoid chasing !

This is an update to my review below. Liam - the owner of Dive Sight contacted me, explained that they'd recently had a number of problems - including an initiative to grow the business that had been far more successful than he'd expected, and had overwhelmed them! He committed to resolving my problems, guaranteeing that the mask would be delivered by a certain date (yesterday, and it was!) and giving me a significant partial refund. He also assured me that he's made a number of very recent improvements to the process to avoid these problems going forward.

So, although it was painful, I hope that his issues are now resolved!

Excellent service more than happy with my new mask

I am occasional diver with a strong long-sight prescription. On my last dive trip I was struggling to read meters and computer - not ideal. Spoke on the phone with Divesight and got helpful advice on the best option, going for bi-focals (I now wear varifocals). Delivery was in time stated and underwater I was able not just to read the essential information but also appreciate the dive experience so much more. Certainly worth the investment.

Atrocious liars. Mask arrived. Not fit for purpose. Replacement due to be sent which never arrived. No answers to emails, calls, WhatsApp messages. Absolute liars. Now having to go through Mastercard Chargeback in an effort to get our over £300 back. Avoid like the plague

Mask delivered just in time for my 35 dives Komodo liveaboard trip. Mask and lenses excellent and made quite a difference. Only comment is that the near sight part has quite a rough finish.
Hope you will be able to make progressive lenses in the future.

Great service, the mask is great and has made a massive difference to our experience of snorkelling while on holiday.

After several attempts to use stick on lenses I decided to go with permanent glass lenses. Why didn’t I do this first excellent product from Dive Site thank you Liam

Well after 5 years of struggling viewing small critters and having to continually flood my mask with plastic inserts. I bit the bullet and sent my mask off to Liam. I have a +7 prescription and it was returned in about 2 weeks. Off I went to the Philippines and it was like being in a different world, I could see the small critters in great detail and took plenty of photos and when I returned was really pleased with the macro shots. It was well worth doing it not once did my mask fog up even in the high heat. Thanks Liam and Staff.

Innan beställning hade jag en bra och trevlig mailkonversation men Liam på Dive Sight. Han var väldigt hjälpsam och svarade på alla mina frågor.
Jag beställde ett par MARES X-Vision Mid Dive Mask - Black/Black med styrka enligt recept till en 11-åring. Lite stora för ett barn men de funkade ändå bra och läckte inte. Fördelen är att de även passar bra på en vuxen så barnet har en mask att använda länge, om inte synen ändras för mycket såklart.
Nu har masken använts i två år och de är lika fina som den dag de var nya.
Jag kan varmt rekommendera Dive Sight. De var klart billigast och kan fixa styrkor nästan ingen annan kan, i alla fall inte här i Svergie. De har varit väldigt hjälpsamma. Bra kvalitét, masken har används av ett barn i både poolvatten och Östersjöns bräckta vatten utan att ha rengjorts efteråt och är ändå som nya efter 2 års användning. Glöm inte att köpa ett fodral på en gång.

Amazing service, mask arrived so quickly and is perfect for me in the water! Would definitely recommend for anyone with bad eyesight if you love scuba diving or snorkelling.

Most importantly, the mask is excellent and the quality of the bonded lenses is exceptional so, thank you. Mask took quite a bit longer to arrive than promised with several dates being given and missed. Completely understand that problems occur but please, let your customers know without us having to call.

I've just come back from a 4 week diving trip in the Maldives. The mask was fantastic after my lenses had been fitted which enhanced all my dives. The service was fantastic as was the quality of the work

Great masks for divers with wonky eyes like me

I bought a mask for my teenage daughter so that she could snorkel for the first time while in the Galapagos. I was referred to Dive Sight and wasn’t disappointed, the process was simple and Liam was a pleasure to work with. The end product was also very good, I’d highly recommend Dive Sight.
