DJB Installs undertook extensive works at my home over a two week period. The fitting of new radiators necessitated workers in every room of the house over two days. I found all of the workmen to be professional, considerate and polite. They treated my house with respect, kept me informed of all they were doing and cleaned up very well after themselves. Some small issues naturally arose, but I was able to communicate easily by phone and email with all my concerns speedily and effectively dealt with. At all times, both before and during the works, I was kept well informed and, as an elderly lady living alone I felt safe and well looked after during the necessary ‘invasion’ of my home!

First-class service from DJB installs from start to finish. They were extremely efficient and kept me informed throughout the entire process of installing the solar panels, loft insulation, and vents. Communication was excellent at every stage, and the whole team was friendly, professional, and approachable. They were able to answer every question I threw at them, which gave me real confidence in the work being carried out. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend DJB installs to anyone considering similar home improvements. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ethan was fantastic all the way through, talking through all the options of where to put the battery and inverter; talking through what he would be doing and why; minimising any disruption (we have dogs); cleaning up - always ask for Ethan!

Djb installs fitted my solar system and air source heat pump 2 years ago. I had no issues then all of a sudden the solar inverter just stopped working. Luckily it was still under warranty so foxx inverters sent me a new one. Once it arrived I rang and arranged for an engineer to come and fit it. I asked if they got a cancellation to get me in earlier. Received an email with a earlier cancellation date which was perfect for me. The engineer's were polite and friendly got it fitted without any issues. I was very happy with their service. All communication was very polite and professional. Quick response to all emails and enquiries.

I liaised with DJB staff as they were completing extensive work for a resident I am supporting. The team were excellent; they provided excellent customer service. They were flexible, communicative and considerate, showing understanding and kindness for the resident's health issues. They really went the extra mile to ensure the work could be done for her. The work will make a huge difference to her life.

Jacks team were amazing onsite. Tidy and efficient , worked very hard to complete the job. I am very pleased with everything they’ve accomplished. Five stars all round.

Jack and Jo from DJB installs came to do a job at my house, they were excellent, they went the extra mile to make sure everything was done correctly, they put plastic down on the carpets and covered over anything that might be affected by dust. I am very impressed to be honest. They were both lovely and have exceptional customer service, which is sadly lacking these days with many tradespeople. Job well done, thanks guys 👌

Rob really did a fabulous job taking care of everything around the house, and it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. Megan was fab excellent communication from her. The team were all incredibly polite and courteous throughout the entire process.

The work done was amazing. It was for my grandad with a surgery coming up. They really went above and beyond with how fast the process was and for the quality of it was outstanding. My grandparents specifically liked the personality of the crew hearing them discussing work being done and with experience being taught to what they think was an apprentice. It showed they really did care about not only the work being done effectively but also holding high standards to the work they do. They came with a larger crew than we expected and had the job of converting our old drip fed heat system with oil to a newer and up to date system. Within two days they had the job done. This included taking old tanks out, boilers and everything then implementing all the new system. The time from survey to work done was impressive and during the survey were more than happy to talk through anything and adjust to what you need. The customer service from Megan was amazing with constant updates and arranging someone to remove all leftover old parts. Overall my grandparents and myself couldn’t be more happy

Jason and Mark at DJB Installs Ltd. have done a fantastic job installing our loft insulation. Megan and Paul have kept us well informed about the process and have been very considerate, alleviating any concerns we had. Jason has been very supportive and helpful, he came back today to finish off and make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. From start to finish all the people we’ve dealt with have been friendly, kind, courteous and respectful of our needs for which we are very grateful. Not forgetting the ventilation installers and everyone else involved. They really have done a great job. To everyone at DJB Installs, a big thank you.

Really polite and clear communication, Megan resolved any scheduling issues quickly and apologetically. There was a bit of mess left behind but the work itself seems good and all the workers were generally respectful

The solar install team were excellent, as were the team of electricians. They were respectful of my property and did a brilliant job. The scaffolding team were excellent too.
