Now 7 out of 7 desulphurise have failed and we have tried again to resolve internally due to lack of support from DK. In a last resort a video was sent to Zheng at DK with a walk through of what we were experiencing in detail. His response to the video was - "We hope you could give us honest feedback about the problem, but it is a pity that you did not give us feedback according to the actual situation, so that we cannot provide solutions in time" I urged him to watch the video again and his next response was "What are you talking!!!, you're really a rude man". If this is the customer support for a loyal client, then don’t expect much better. Zheng Feng - Sales Director, you need develop a dedicated customer care team. After sales support is zero.
