Products on the website do not match what you get in person. When this is brought up as a reason for exchange, return/refund they tell you straight away to put a complaint in with 'the ombudsman' as they can decide if it is false advertising or doesn't match pictures/description.
Incredibly difficult and hostile to deal with. I explained that is not how the ombudsman (consumer affairs) works etc, (I work in retail so am familiar with the process). He refused to organise the refund and return shipping and argued with me via text message for hours/days. Then all of a sudden decided he would cove the cost of the return however, i had to not only wrap the purchase in an extra box and with more padding than it was sent to me in, he also said the he would not process the refund if it came back to him damaged due to the returns process. I informed him he has no right to withhold my refund as once a return is processed it becomes the responsibility of the seller as per consumer affairs website.

Ultimately, the refund for the order was processed fully and the cost of the return covered by them however, this was a very difficult process for something so simple. I definitely do not recommend purchasing through this site. Despite its unique offering.

Quick delivery, great product.

I purchased a watch/jewellery box as a gift. However, it was not as expected and I decided to return it to DL Trading for a refund. I paid approximately $26.00 for shipping from Melbourne back to Sydney to return the item, of which is understandable as many companies do not offer free returns. However, communication was mediocre through-out the process, and I had to follow up numerous times to try confirm whether they had received it. On the final day of my correspondence with them asking once again whether they'd received it and when the refund will be provided I received a "i suppose your refund has been issued through afterpay already" of which was sent within an hour of receiving a notification from AfterPay that it had gone through, of which made it evident that they'd forgotten about the refund and didn't apologise for this. The refund amount was also $14.00 less than I had paid, as they had deducted their original shipping cost.
Had I of liked the item, none of this would have happened and I wouldn't have wasted $40.00. So I do encourage you to check their returns policy and if you're unsure about an item, choose a different provider.

The jewellery box I bought was a birthday present for my sister. She described it as "awesome". It has so many compartments, enough to fit all her accessories. It was just what she was looking for. The jewellery box was dispatched quickly.

I ordered a watch box for my husband. Great product its looks very very nice. Was delivered quite quickly as well. Only issue was the engraving didn't look the best. Wasn't quite straight but Im sure my husband will love it.
