Solid product and good support

I’ve been using a DMS Engineering head unit in my vehicle and it has been a good upgrade overall. The system runs smoothly and once set up properly it’s very easy to use day to day.

The product does what it’s designed to do and integrates well. I also found the team helpful when needed, which made the process straightforward.

Happy with the result and would recommend.

I had ordered a head unit for my vehicle. The interaction that I have had with the staff has been a pleasure, they were not only friendly, helpful but very professional in dealing with an error that I had made. My compliments to the staff and thankyou for your patients.

Replacement tail light, great customer service

Ordered a replacement tail light for a hiace.

Wiring connectors didn't work first time around for the brake light, but the customer service were quick to sort out a replacement set of connectors to swap over.

Happy with the end result and product, will be a return customer.

The only place I look.

A quick shoutout, the DMS Engineering team have consistently made it easy to check the parts that I'm ordering are correct, top shelf quality and delivers on time. The new headlights for our little runabout (order G126379) went straight in and where here early if you take the Easter long weekend into account.

head unit for my Mazda 3

Ordered a new head unit for my Mazda 3, which arrived about a week later. Received good advice from DMS re what type to order as to fit and what would suit my needs.
Instructions re installation were pretty straightforward (facia removal tool provided in the kit was a great help). Didn’t end up using the rear camera which came with the kit ( a bonus) as the car is small and already easy to reverse.
Would happily use DMS again to update another car.

Territory Suspension (G127564)

Seen a lot of bad reviews on here but I’ve actually found the service really good, needed a quick source for front suspension components for my pink slip and nabbed some on sale, ordered Saturday and delivered by Wednesday. Not being a mechanic myself I don’t think you can get much better than that

Purchased Head Unit for Isuzu Dmax

G126889 bought a dmax head unit from DMS and the whole experience was great. The unit itself looks to be of great quality and Bluetooth and CarPlay has been working perfectly. Customer service was friendly enough to link a YouTube tutorial and provided a wiring diagram for the dmax so installation was simple. Will definitely recommend anyone looking for a head unit to buy from DMS. Price, service and quality are all top tier!

Fantastic results for our Ford

I have used DMS Engineering on 3 occasions firstly for advice, given and successful results 2nd and 3rd for other products for our Ford. Both items arrived, correct product and within 2 days
I have no questions as to my first port of call for anything we need for our car in the future. Whoever I spoke to regarding my needs were helpful resulting in the correct product arriving

Very disappointed purchased a head unit…

Very disappointed purchased a head unit for £350 when it arrived the parcel was just the retail box covered in tape and looked a very old box possibly a previously returned item
Have tried contacting the company for a week via email and telephone as the head unit does not work and can not get a response I will now have to start a bank charge back against this company

Love the new LED Halo Hilux lights 👌

Loving my new Halo style LED lights on the old 2012 Hilux, it has certainly spruced her up a lot at the front end & improved our night driving ten fold. Great customer service & communication when I enquired about my order #G115821, the only reason I didn't leave a 5 star as it wasn't a full plug n play with just 2 small wires having to be joined for the lower LED strip lights to work with the parkers. In saying that though, if you have enough brains to fit these lights yourself you will have no trouble in also wiring these up with some small connectors whilst in there.

Top service. Top Price. Fantastic product for OEM Replacement.

Sourced from DMS for replacement headlights for my Fk8 Type R. Lights fit great and are a direct factory swap for original. Relatively easy to install, look great and the 'sequential' led blinker signal, keeps the car fresh and modern. I have had them in for 3 months now, done some night driving and they perform as good if not better than original. I recommend as a quality replacement. Purchased at a fraction of Honda OEM replacement cost. The team at DMS were helpful, delivery was quick to country NSW and follow up was great. I would not hesitate to buy from them again based on my 100% experience.

Learnt my lesson here, read every review and post you can find on a company before buying, specially these popup Facebook company's that spend all you money on a flashy website and automated marketing.

Ordered a top of the line head unit kit only to be left chasing them for over two weeks. Their ai robot was fast to reply but then ghosted for day without a reply. After doing a deep search on there reviews and comment someone mention they dropped shipped from China so I asked the question and they said no, it's not dropped shipped from China! A further week passed and randomly got a dispatch email, FROM CHINA! So not only will they ghost you they are also blatant liers. After receiving a package full of bits they had supplied the wrong cable for the vehicle, and only a head unit with 2 USB connection when the system required three. Then there Ai bot had the balls to tell me it's my problem to source a connector for the third item. WTF!
Do not buy or contact these guys on any of their platforms, go with someone like vhedia.com.au or a shop with a retail store.

Bumper replacement

Got a quote from a mechanic for a bumper replacement and was shocked how much it cost to paint. then a mate mentioned dms engineering sells replacement bumpers with the option to buy paint match with it. after a few back and forth emails with some panel shops have managed to book in a repair with the dms bumper and paint which saved me hundreds compared to what the mechanic said!!

Very happy with their service

Got a turbo and control arms from DMS recently super pleased with the quality I felt really looked after and they kept me updated the entire time. Special thanks to Bez for helping me out when I put the wrong address in at checkout

Ve commodore tail lights

Order G123605, bought some ve commodore tail lights and they have been awesome. I also have bought some other products from dms also and they have been great, fast shipping, great products, and will definitely be buying more things through them.

OEM Headlights for PX2 Ford Ranger

Purchased OEM headlights for my PX2 Ford Ranger. Had great communication confirming the part would fit my vehicle, information regarding the purchasing of high beam globes and reasonable delivery time. Installed the headlights myself and the fit was perfect. The performance of the headlights is better than the original lights. Would have no problem ordering again.
