I bought the gold DNA package 4 years ago and found it fascinating and enlightening - mostly validating how I experienced my life; my genetic make up meant I was sensitive to caffeine, had propensity to ligament strains, didn’t detox well, didn’t have the wild type genes to deal with stress or hard exercise - all the things I knew but it’s very comforting to know this is my make up. This allows acceptance of oneself! And then Vicky took me through many ways I can support this genetic make up - with diet, supplements and lifestyle tips.

She is very warm and knowledgeable and passionate - I really enjoyed our session.

I implemented many changes and felt the difference. But then perimenopause / menopause took over so I went back to have another look at my genetic hormonal print and it was extremely helpful to be able to explain my HRT experience and find many other ways to support this stage of life. This individual strategy to hormonal support should be mandated!

I am about to start a 3 month supported detox program with her as felt, despite having done many on my own, I needed some group and individual support this time. So grateful to know this exists - and I trust her (I don’t trust many health practitioners) as she’s so passionate she goes the extra mile with research.

The genetic test was really easy as I got a test sent in the post and received my results a month later!
