Every 2 weeks they cancel without any explanation or reason.

I wake up with the money back in my casino account. And I talk to them on live chat, which is an artificial intelligence chat. And they urge me to follow the process, because no matter how many times they cancel the withdrawal, you have to start from 0, and they say : you have to follow the process and wait... the last time, after 2 months, they told me this to transfer me back and still nothing so far. If you try to contact them, it is impossible. And if you talk on live chat with artificial intelligence... they will take your last withdrawal, which pushes you to do it again...

Still no pay out this has been going on since January then in April they put back on my gambling account with drew again and still waiting sent emails off no response either

Absolute shambles. I won £300 and withdrew on the 30th of May, it's now the 22nd of June and still no money. They told me 7-21 working days, which i have waited. I have emailed twice, no response. Spoke to numerous people on chat live, and always get fobbed off. This is defo a scam. I'm actually worried about the info I had to use to get verified. Give me on option to withdrawl via Mastercard even though I can deposit many other ways, whatever no big deal. The withdrawl via Mastercard is very confusing and vague, there’s some areas I need to fill out but it does not specify what info they need. Live chat has no idea what information is needed. The support email doesn’t email me back. What a joke shameful awful casino. They have 500$ of MY money and there’s nothing I can do unless I file a complaint with the Costa Rican gaming authorities which could take months to resolve.
