Very bad service

Very bad experience with this company. They charged me unfairly First, they deducted 3’99 euros the next month they charged me twice — 49,99 euros + 49,99euros, making a total of 99’98 euros.
When I contacted customer support, they admitted there was an issue and promised to return some money, but after that they stopped replying to my emails completely. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
I feel cheated and disappointed by the way this company treats its customers. I strongly warn other people to be careful before using their service because they may face the same problem. A trustworthy company should respect customers and respond properly instead of ignoring them after taking their money.
I hope no other customer has to go through this frustrating experience.
