The Follow up by their customer service…
The Follow up by their customer service representative was impressive and easy.
I had a concern & wasn’t clear on the way the subscription worked. I like the TEMPLATES that are listed on the website. I didn’t need a yearly plan.
The Representative Ernesto P. responded to my questions & concerns, quickly, and was extremely helpful, courteous & professional.
He was the difference maker in my interaction with this company and not only was I impressed, I look forward to doing business with them in the future as the need pops up.

WOW, great customer service
I paid $1.99 for a bill of sale. Documentify then charged me $39.99 twice.
I originally gave Documentify a one star review for the issue above.
When I notified them of the issue, they quickly, with a very personal response, cancelled the subscription and refunded all of my money.
This is great service I am not used to receiving.

Great Services and Customer Support
I recently used Documentify for a resignation letter. After a quick search on google, many websites popped up with templates for a resignation letter. I gave documentify a try and found it to be very easy to use. The resignation letter was perfect. I signed up for the free week trial but forgot to cancel. I did not see myself using their services anytime soon. I reached out to customer support and I received a response right away. They satisfied my request. If you find yourself having to create different documents frequently, I highly recommend Documentify.

Documentify was super simple and quick…
Documentify was super simple and quick to use in a pinch when I needed a fast document created. On top of the services being affordable the customer service is top notch. I had an issue with my card being charged incorrectly & Ernesto Padilla with customer service was QUICK to fix the issue and help me out. I’m impressed all around and will be using this company in the future.

I used their service to get a power of attorney form.
I had used their service to get documents when my mother passed. I later cancelled the subscription. Ernesto helped with the canceling of service as well as helping to refund my money that following month. I later seen monies were coming out of my account and I thought he did not cancel the service. However, the service had been canceled and Ernesto was very professional in assisting me in finding out what/who it was. I am thankful for his kind and patient assistance.
