A terrible experience

What a horrible experience. I’ll never order from this company again.

Their customer service is terrible. I paid the extra $2.95 to preview and apply any changes to my personalized socks. After 4 days I hadn’t heard anything, so I sent an email. I received a response saying in 24 - 36 hours I would get the preview. 3 days later still nothing. Then I got an email that the socks are being prepared and I would get a tracking number soon. I sent another (angry this time) email and finally got the preview the next day. However, there was no way to respond to the design and make any changes. What’s the point of the preview?!! It took THREE more emails before someone responded and said they would fix the error on the socks. I never did see the final product before the socks were sent, even though the extra $2.95 is supposed to include “unlimited changes.” When the socks were finally sent, they sent them to the wrong address! They were sent to the billing not the shipping address. They arrived (too late for Christmas) but the design had still not been changed!! I LITERALLY threw them in the trash. I was completely ghosted after sending three more emails. That’s the last time I’ll order from this company. There are others out there who offer personalized items. I’ll be using them. I hope you do too.

I reached out 3 times asking where my order is. USPS said it was out for delivery on 12/23. Didn't receive.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE. They do NOT respond to emails. I received socks Christmas Eve and print was blurry....didn't even remotely resemble friends dog. I complained and was told to send a picture. I'd already dropped them off at Mission. I paid way too much and print was blurry.
Customer service joke finally said we "aren't playing with you"...i asked for a refund. I've heard nothing else. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!¡!
They are an OVERPRICED scam with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I'd like to know how they have the great reviews on THEIR website. I assume THEY wrote them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE QUALITY AND NO SERVICE, NO PHONE, NOTHING!

Appears to be a scam! I ordered socks on December 16 for a Christmas gift. It appears they haven’t even started my order. I think they are a scam and stole my money. Beware!

Non-existent customer service …

I ordered socks a month ago and they are still not here. Site said they would ship in 4-6 days. I have contacted them multiple times with no response. They did respond once saying my item was lost in the mail and they would resend with rush shipping, which they never did. There is no phone number. Customer service is non-existent. Missed out on a funny Christmas gift.

Worst purchase I ever made

I should have read these reviews first instead of the ones on the website. I'm 100% convinced all of their reviews are a scam. No way these are five star quality. I give companies the benefit of the doubt, but I would give them negative stars if I could. I'm also definitely a verified purchaser, but there's nowhere for me to leave a review on their site. Order arrived yesterday. The socks look terrible. I was supposed to receive a proof to approve before because I paid extra for that. I did not receive any proof.
I also paid extra to add text. They were supposed to say "Meowy Christmas Dad" as my six year old daughter is giving them to her dad and it's a cute joke because she likes cats. Unfortunately, they say "Who's your Daddy?" Which is stupid and tacky.
The pictures are incredibly blurry. And it's too late to remedy it in time. My poor daughter has to give her Dad a custom gift that she doesn't even like that was supposed to be special, and now it's ruined.
I could've done a better job myself using canva and a print company.

The socks I did receive look great

The socks I did receive look great, but I wish I would have gone with a small business like one on Etsy that is more responsive.

I am missing a pair of socks in my order and sent them an email with no response. Unfortunately, these are a Christmas gift for someone and now I have to worry that they won’t be here on time.

Update: Several days later and still no response. I finally had to file a dispute to get my money back.

Doga socks blows

I ordered 11/24 and have sent 3 emails requesting a status update. I haven’t received a response. Haven’t seen a proof, nothing. I ordered over a month until Christmas hoping they could be a fun present. Horrible customer service, horrible production time. No response from the company. save yourself the trouble and money, don’t buy from Doga socks. I’ll be disputing my charges as I haven’t received the product.

Like others, poor customer service

Like many others, I’ve had so much trouble getting responses from this company. Email, chat, contact form…it is like molasses. I ordered 11/29 and on 12/3 got a email for the sample to approve (which I paid extra for). I **did not approve the sample**. In fact, I asked for a specific change. I never heard back, and the incorrect socks were shipped and delivered. Like another commenter, the quality was also very low.

I continued to email and finally got a response on the 9th that they’d see if it had shipped (really?! I’d already told them it had) and then finally an email saying the refund would be processed today, 12/12. I’ll believe it when I see it. I want an actual receipt instead of a one line email with no punctuation.

There also seems to be no communication between employees or with even reading my emails, because also on Monday 12/9 I randomly got an email saying “kindly let me know the error.” Really? After all my chats, emails, etc. it’s still a mystery?

Just overall such a bad customer service experience.

Don’t offer a service (for an extra fee) for consumers to see and approve the design if you’re not going to let consumers **actually approve the design** before shipping it. It’s a waste of money, time and trust if you’re just going to ship it anyways, regardless of approval.

And don’t use a busy season as an excuse for errors. If anything, you’d want this busier season to give your business an opportunity to shine.

Disappointment at it’s best…

I reached out to Doga Socka regarding my order that arrived more than a week late resulting in my socks not arriving in time for my event. I was promised a 25% refund for the inconvenience. I have yet to see the refund and have reached back out multiple times with zero response. I would not recommend this company for their lack of professionalism with communication. Such a disappointment.

Lack of Support makes for a terrible experience

Ordered on 11/5/24. So that I would most definitely have these in time for Christmas. I emailed back to the proof email, sat on chat for hours, and have sent in a contact form. Someone there messed up my shipping address. Tracking states they shipped out of GA. Being that my package only needs to go
To SC it should have only took a couple days. Nah, it ended up in NEW YORK. Wtf. And I checked my ordered and 100% input the correct address. I’m losing my patience with this company and the lack of support. This would have been the perfect Christmas present but I guess now I have to figure something else out. Thanks for nothing! Guess I’ll go dispute now. Order #9886

To reply to Dogasocks: Did you even read my review? I’ve tried MULTIPLE TIMES in MULTIPLE methods to get ahold of yall! And the shipping issues is not on my part if you would even read my review. You guys put in the incorrect address according to USPS. I quadruple checked my order and everything was correct. You still need to take a look at making this right. Not gaslight your customer.

So disappointing!

Hi,

I was so excited to give the personalized dog Jammie pants to my dad as a gift. Super disappointed!

I ordered on 11/2/24 and am still waiting (12/8/24)! My credit card has been charged $57. I have contacted the company several times and have heard nothing!

I ordered a different but similar product from Petsies and am thrilled with how great it looks and by how quickly it arrived.

Buy from anyone else

Not sure how this company received so many good reviews. When I open my package I laughed because I thought I was getting pranked. The image was so terrible and looked nothing like my dog. I reached back out to the company. They responding apologizing and stated they would send me new ones. I gave them about a month but they ended up ghosting me.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could choose no stars I would. I ordered my socks 04 September. I've sent countless emails, attempted the chat with no response. No tracking information is given but they sure took my money. I can't dispute the charge with my bank. This site feels more like a scam. I'm quite beyond pisssed at this point.
