Also have lost a beautiful old Kelpie and got the free remembrance charm which I have hanging in car around rear vision mirror. Such a beautiful and lovely gesture from Dog Pawty at such a sad time. I received a promo email from the dog pawty team. It was a "spend x amount, and get y for free" type promo. So I was super excited I really wanted the "y." In this case, it was a hotdog bed. I spent the money and waited. And waited. And waited. Eventually I emailed them. No response. Emailed again... No response. On the third email I was begging someone , anyone to answer me. When they finally did answer they said
" it was a mistake. Sorry. Here's your money back" I wasted so much time and energy just waiting for a reply, then to get that response...was just appalling. It was a well prepared promo email with bells, whistles, and pictures of the product. It didn't seem like a mistake could have been made with that much intent and purpose. Even if it was truely a mistake, they should have done more to fix the issue. They easily could have made the bed half price or sent me a gift certificate to cover half of the bed. They sent me an offer via email then backed out after I spent the money. I still haven't gotten my refund. It's just not right. I'd been a customer for at least a year, I can't  imagine what new customers go through. I guess I learned my lesson. Now I just hope no one else makes the same mistake I did. :(

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I'm never one to leave negative reviews unless I've genuinely experienced terrible customer service. I ordered the pair of dog paw stub earrings that are always on the "sponsored" ad on Facebook. I submitted my order on Aug. 9, 2018. There have been 11 emails exchanged for that one order, all of which I am asking when I'll receive the earrings that never arrived and Dog Pawty repeatedly promising they're "on the way." It has nothing to do with the fact that I paid $6.99. It matters that a company takes your money, and then never sends you the product, and completely stops responding to your emails. The last time they responded to me was on Dec. 12, and I've emailed them twice since - no response. Don't waste your money.

First time ordering from Dog Pawty, even though there was an error with shipping my purchase although no fault on Dog Pawty's end, upon contacting customer service the issue was resolved and I received my necklace within the week. Dog Pawty's customer service is one that all company's should strive to be like, the customer service rep kept in contact with me on a daily basis until the issue was resolved. Trustworthy website: Yes, Return Customer: Yes I will be.

Had questions about how long the delivery took these guys are very good and put my mind at rest very quickly. Love my gem paw ring thank you

Soooo very happy with our new flashing collars! The company, Dog Pawty, was true to their mission and followed up over the holidays to reassure me that though slow in coming, I could be assured of receiving my item in due time. I DID! My only concern: the powerpack portion of the collar will pop out of it's "pouch" in the nylon collar. Would like to see it reinforced and more durable.

I ordered the LED collar and am very happy with it. I got a blue one and the light is bright. Love the three different light setting. I live in a rural area and walk in the evening so it great at helping us been seen by motorists, espically since my dog is black. Great product and great service. Thanks!

I ordered 2 of the LED dog collars. A blue and a pink one. They we’re so perfect for both my dogs. I ordered a large for my labradoodle, he is about 85 lbs and I ordered a medium for my cockapoo who is about 30 lbs and they fit perfect. I love the 3 different settings you can choose from for the LED lights, they are great quality collars, and my dogs love putting them on for the night walks. I feel safer at night with them on my dogs. Highly recommend!

The green light-up collar I purchased is doing exactly what I’d hoped it would: allowing us to see/find our black dog at night when she’s outside. Thanks!

My shopping experience with Dog Pawty was wonderful from beginning to end. I bought two glow in the dark collars and a seatbelt, and all three products work beautifully. With the different colored LED collars I can tell my dogs apart late at night from 150 feet away. With the seatbelt, I feel more at ease driving knowing my dogs are safely restrained without being caged. The price was right, delivery was as advertised, and I WILL be ordering from them again.

The lights on the collar are very bright. Even my border collie’s fur cannot hide them. It gives me confidence that people can see my pups on the early morning and late night walks!

I ordered a seat belt leash and it's amazing! It keeps my little Toby safe while we drive. because he likes to stick his head out the window and roll it up on himself. I'll be ordering more from Dog Pawty!

We ordered a flashing LED collar for our new puppy from you. It came within the expected time range which I was pleased about as I live in the UK! Can’t fault you guys, products are great and customer services is great too.

I ordered a cute light-up collar for my dog, and we absolutely love it! My favorite part is that the light strip is under the fabric. The three different settings are a nice bonus, too.

We frequently take her out at dusk or nighttime for walks and play time while out by the water in our community and needed to be able to keep track of her while roaming around. It also helps light our way as we walk her. We can always see her, and the pink color is actually nicer than I imagined. Almost a cross between purple and pink, which I love!
