I recently had an absolutely dreadful experience with this service, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction. This has undoubtedly been one of the worst services I've ever encountered.

First and foremost, they failed to fulfill the basic task of shipping my product. After waiting patiently for an unreasonable amount of time, I decided to inquire about the status of my order. To my dismay, they provided me with a fake receipt, claiming that the parcel had been successfully dropped off. However, when I cross-checked this information with Evri's tracking system, it unequivocally displayed that the product had not been received.

The sheer audacity and incompetence displayed by this company is beyond comprehension. Not only did they fail to deliver the product, but they also attempted to deceive me with falsified documentation. This level of dishonesty is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on their integrity as a business.

I strongly advise against using this service. Save yourself the frustration and avoid the headache of dealing with such a negligent and untrustworthy company.

they have given $2000 loss they have sended only single insted of sending package and all inventory they sold to others and also charged extra

They scam you in every shipment. They sent Amazon less units every time and on asking them they say we can't provide any proof once we ship it that's all. Had about $1000 loss and account issues because of these guys. Even after showing proofs from amazon they don't provide any solution also we paid double in service fees but they are not cooperative at all. So Be Aware Of DOTIT Prep Services

One of the worst services ever. firstly they have had no update on shipment for three weeks, then they're telling me we haven't received your shipment. They lost my shipment. It's been five weeks. They're not even interested in looking into the matter. No replies, worst customer support.
I will not recommend them.

I have sent 2 time my inventory of (pack of 2) product and 3 times I guide them on how this product will be packed after selling the result I get 10 units refunded from customer damage and 8 units is missing and my product has been leaked.
