One of the worst, apparently legit, online businesses I have dealt with. Placed the order, and received an e-mail it was flagged by their security team - called them, sorted it. Hours later, another similar e-mail, sent by a different customer service rep. I asked them to either talk internally or cancel the order, as it's disrespectful to my time. Radio silence for 2 days, after which (I tried calling several times) I get an e-mail stating the product is out of stock - and the listing on the website changes to reflect that. 1 day later the order is still not cancelled and the refund is not processed.
If I could give this a 0 for a product I never managed to purchase, I would.
