Our drinkable Tan Drops work from within using carefully chosen ingredients that support your skin's natural tanning process gradually over time, no harsh chemicals and no melanotan involved. We're not going to pretend we got everything right from day one because we didn't. Over the past 6+ months we've put a lot of work into improving every part of the brand based on honest feedback from our customers. The formula has been completely reworked with a stronger dosage and the ingredients we knew were missing, so it actually delivers results without needing sun exposure to back it up. We've also launched new flavours that genuinely taste good, strawberry, peach mango and our reformulated watermelon are the current line up. One of the biggest lessons we learned is that real results take time. After running surveys with our own customers, we found that visible changes start showing up around the 1 to 1.5 month mark, with the best results around 3 to 4 months. We've updated our entire website to reflect this honestly because the last thing we want is to mislead anyone with unrealistic timelines. On the support side, we've grown our team and made sure every email is replied to within 24 hours by an actual human. Scam. Purchased the items 2 months ago only to be told they are held up by customs in Amsterdam for some reason or other... I have asked for a refund but its nots happening yet. I will let Paypal take over.

The 2 Tan drops never arrived. I have written numerous emails and they are not refunding me and saying a problem with shipping. I placed the order on March.

This company is a scam. I ordered over 2 months ago, customer service advised it was detained in customs. i asked for a refund, i was advised refund was made this was 10 days ago and still no money back in my bank.#

Another Facebook advertising scam …. This product does not work !! Waste of money … I emailed the company and told them it was not working… their response was that they stand by their product and that I should give it more time … I had ordered 2 bottles and finished both! Please do not waste your money!! This is an absolute scam and they do not work. Big joke!
Used 11 drops a day for more than a month and didn't see a thing. I tan very easily in the sun so melatonin is not the issue.

Let’s clarify the facts.
We were fully permitted to ship to Ireland until customs began detaining all tanning drops, due to unregulated, fake versions from other brands entering the country with unsafe, uncertified ingredients.
Despite this not being our fault, we took full responsibility:
1. We refunded every Irish customer affected
2. We emailed everyone whose order was detained
3. And in your case, we even requested more details, but never received a reply for 3+ days.
Please make sure to check your email (including spam) before making false claims. We do our best to resolve every issue quickly and transparently.

Your order was part of the group affected in Ireland, where customs began detaining all tanning drops regardless of the brand. This happened because other companies started selling unsafe versions with unapproved ingredients, so customs chose to detain every shipment, including ours.
Despite this not being our fault, you were fully refunded and informed by email.
We do our best to provide timely replies, but during high volume periods it can take slightly longer to respond. Still, we always make sure our customers are either refunded or updated as soon as we get clarity from customs.
