I can not tell you how long I have been looking for something that fits into my Alex draws! I have 3 draws. One 9 drawer and two 5 draws. I purchased 3 trays for my 9 draw unit and they fit perfectly! I recently purchased some more for my 5 draws and can’t wait for them to arrive! I finally have something that will keep my draws organised! Thank you so much doll club!!

I ordered a drawer insert, delivery was quick and the product decent quality…delightful. However, within an hour of delivery I contacted them via their website chat and also emailed to advise I had ordered the incorrect item, wanted to arrange a return with the intention of then ordering the correct insert. In the last 10 days, I’ve so far sent 3 emails, and 5 different messages on their chat service to initiate the returns process and received no response!!

For the value of these items, I’d recommend you spend your money elsewhere with a small business who appreciates custom in this current climate and delivers customer service that is deserved!
