Dollar tree is nice all the products are good some items they have other stores don’t have I love it when I go a gift card I could use to help me out any amount would do

Prices went up, shelves are a mess, and the quality is worse than ever. Long lines, bad service—just not worth it anymore.

Dollartree in Lafayette CO In the past year good has gotten better always clean and tons of things to find ! Even better with 3 and 5 dollar stuff. Top of the line Customer service ! Assistant Manager knows your name and treats you like a friend ! I read the other reviews and if an employee is rude to you at our store it's probably because you deserved it ! Myself and many others have had one great experience after another. Also No risk shopping! Returns are hassle fre. Thank you all of you

Stopped at the Dollar Tree store 7693 and could not believe it. The so called store manager was yelling at an employee in her office but so loud that you could hear it in the whole store. Everyone in the store looked at each other. Her words were" If you didn't go to the bathroom on your break you can't go until your day is over" who talks like that to an employee and in such a loud voice!!! Perhaps she needs some training on how to speak to her team. I don't think I will ever go in there again.

My sister works here and I can say it is clean and everyone is nice even when there is a thief especially the one near union high school is great, only when kids don't steal though.

Runaway Bay, Texas. So disappointed in the changes made recently. Today first time i have been in since completion. 1 customer check out, 2 self check out. No one to check you out because you have them stocking shelves. I have a problem at self check out, the other lady at self check out has a problem and another lady waiting for someone to check her out. Service is a high expectation on the list of customers. The store has never been in a mess but i noticed tonight it was a mess. Who set up the check out. So confusing. I am just going to give you a thought, We all know you are making money. Put an employee set the front of the store at all times to take care of customers. They could even be stocking in the front WHEN NOT NEEDED FOR SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS. Your employees should be trained to stay tuned in to what is happening at check out. I can say I have worked in a store that had to stock. On stock day my co worker and I took turns working in the front of the store to make sure someone was available to the customers. I am tired of reading on our Nextdoor how sorry this store has become. Care about the employees and they will care about the customers. PLEASE HELP OUR STORE BE A SUCESS!!!

Dollar tree has gone to an all time low.
As I was entering the store an elderly lady was very upset. She said she had to pay twice for a broom. One charge for the sweeper and another for the broomstick. Four customers were thinking this couldn’t be right. I asked the clerk and she said yes. There are two separate charges for a broom. Companies are going too far in overcharging in the name of the economy.

I wondered if everyone was aware that Dollar Tree is no longer "Dollar Tree"? It is now "Dollar Twenty-Five Tree". I can no longer take my $20 into Dollar Tree and get to choose 20 items, but just 16. It was a bit sad to me. But, not too sad to quit shopping there. It's still a fun little shopping adventure and fun little store.

They are dirty stores and the shoppers do not wear masks.

I'll go for broke at dollar tree when I go to Dollar tree to shop I don't have any money left to shop anywhere else because they have everything I need in one place and I love to buy my cleaning supplies and grocery items and bathroom and kitchen and bath supplies at a price i can afford every day because every penny count.

Dear corporate: You need to update cashier equipment! Employees experience frequent "crashes" which cause a 20 minute delay for customers as the clerk reboots the system. In the meantime, some customers leave. You are losing revenue by holding on to the outdated equipment.

Their prices are unbelievable! I love the Apopka store! If your on a fixed budget, I recommend that you go there.They have almost everything , very inexpensive.

the dollar store in calumet park is the most friendly place i have ever step foot in the staff are helpful and polite i go there almost everyday to get simple stuff like paper plates or a simple bag of chips
