I'm a customer since a few years and the services is great. I forgot to renew my credit card Information and my Invoice got cancels because of that. I also did receive a lot of notifications about it but since my Outlook has some rules configured - I didn't read them. Anyway - at the time I notices that my credit card was not valid anymore I contacted dd24 support and updated my credit card information and immediately received feedback that the domain could get renewed again. The feedback from support didn't take longer than 2 hours - great experience!

With domaindiscount24, there’s no guarantee your domain will stay online or that you’ll even be told why it’s down. I strongly recommend STAYING AWAY FROM THIS REGISTRAR!

Work with them since many years for the domain part. All smooth. However last email I got some "email trial packagage" automatically added which then renews to a commercial service. I did not click to buy this, nor do I want this ever. Not a nice way to screw long term customers

The dd24 web portal is intuitive and easy to use. When I did have an issue I used the AI Chat bot as a starting point for support. The AI bot very quickly understood it did not have the answers so it asked for my email address and with in a short period of time I recevied an email from the dd24 technical support team. They were very professional and my problem was solved efficiently. Excellent work from the team.

I sent my question at night and it was answered immediately the next morning. The answer comprised all aspects of my problem and I could fix the issue very comfortable. The text was very understandable und polite. Such a performance I notice not very often in support cases.

Client service is pretty good. Emails are replied very fast and if you phone them, most of the time there is no waiting time.
