Excellent company with excellent products and staff.
I've been a domaindiscount24 customer for quite a while, a decade or so, and they have always treated me well. I haven't looked recently, because their service is well worth the price I pay, but their prices were good when I first became a customer.
The tooling they provide is sometimes a little clunky, but since the world is all about GUIs now, it may just be my cli-lumbago acting up. I prefer typing to clicking usually.
I'm not a frequent user of their service/support, but over the years, whenever I've had need to use them they have provided impeccable and fast responses, and they've stuck with the issue until it was resolved.
In summary: good people, good services, and they make me feel like a human, not a cog in business processing.
I have no reservations about recommending them.

Bin seit vielen Jahren Kunde bei DD24 und immer noch vollkommen zufrieden. Sowohl Domains -auch Exotische- als auch das Webhosting ist für meine Ansprüche perfekt UND der Preis stimmt. Mit Datenbanken kann die eine oder andere Software Updateschwierigkeiten haben, hier hat der Support bisher immer tadellos geholfen. Nur so konnten meine Foren über Jahrzehnte -wie doch die Zeit vergeht- überleben. DANK an DD24

In the world of IT customer support is the difference between excellent and terrible. I lost my email and domain access and had little information to prove I owned this, as I have owned it since 2012. I originally purchased through Google, which told me to get lost. Simon at domaindiscount24 followed the rules, and many emails were needed, but in the end, I regained control of my domain and registered with dd24 at a great price and excellent control panel. This company was there for me when the brown stuff hit the fan. Total recommend dd24 as a user of over ten years.

Super flexibel bei der Konfiguration…
Super flexibel bei der Konfiguration mit eigenem hidden Primary und Secondaries von dd24 mit eigenen Glue-RRs. Die Doku dazu könnte verbessert werden, auch bin ich über ein paar Fehler/Unstimmigkeiten darin gestoßen. Auch würde ich mir über die Nennung von Gründen bei fehlgeschlagenen Systemaufträgen freuen (her: denic)
Unnötig und eher unschön aus Datenschutzgründen ist die Bereithaltung der Historie sämtlicher Domains, die man mal vor X Jahren hatte.

Near instant response and rather than pointing a finger, came up with a solution to my problem that they could solve themselves. Great initiative and one less thing I have to worry about.
