Builds fancy homes but they will claim every pence of your deposit. All tenants in our building got really high claims for things that were wear and tear or poor building quality. Horrible practice by this builder.

Avoid renting these homes at all costs.

We rented a flat from their development in N22, Wood Green and encountered countless issues due to the cheaply and poorly made property: countless leaks and broken light switches to name a few.

The property management team were impossible to get hold of to fix these issues.

Most importantly, the company will try to withhold as much of your deposit as possible, claiming for general wear and tear. This isn’t a singular case and was a common theme across renters in our development.

Avoid at all costs if you want a pleasant rental journey.

Terrible experience
Very disappointed with this developer, they pride themselves on being a family run business with a highly professional sales team, they were rude, lied and were extremely unprofessional. They were not there to help you every step of the way… they take your money, run and hide.

Despite the property being finished to a fairly good standard, internally, (although we are snagging still 6 months on… and have had two leaks) we are left with an unfinished development, with breaches in approved plans, left right and centre and Dominus have walked away.

We have been left with a car park that is flooded and has been for months… electrical cables held up by cable ties, fire doors that don’t shut, EV points that have never worked, holes in the walls. The car park plans are not what were approved, no internal lifts and stairs from the apartments to the car park and is NOT secure despite the marketing material stating this, as did the sales team and the management fee paying for a roller shutter…

Bin stores that look like glorified sheds with doors that don’t shut, the landscaping not done, left with mud piles and unfinished paths, exposed drains, cracks in the driveways and paths… we could go on.

So very disappointed, this was our first home and spent a lot a money, these developers are cowboys and they have left us high and dry.

They hide behind the ‘sales’ team UniqueHomes Ltd (since liquidated) and contracted building firm, keeping their hands clean and void of any direct responsibility …when they most certainly are not.

The sales team are questionable with one particular individual, she was the most unprofessional, rude person we have ever dealt with.

Very disappointed with them… would not buy again from them if we had a choice. Out for the money and don’t care about their ‘clients’

From the first day we came to view the building in East Quarter, Leila was super insightful and honest with how we should consider things. As first time buyers we instantly felt at ease with Leila's experience, we had viewed multiple other developments and felt very hard "sold" to, which put us off them. We were partly overseas during the process and Leila facilitated multiple viewings to help us make our decision. We are very happy with the apartment to date and have experienced no issues in our process.

We moved into our new home in 2025. Like most new builds, we had a few teething issues, but nothing unexpected. Leila was helpful throughout the process. She knew her stuff about the property and the area, which made things easier for us. Leila was professional and answered our questions promptly and we appreciated having a knowledgeable agent to guide us through the purchase.

We absolutely love our new home! We moved in, in 2024. The process was very smooth and we had some snagging issues when we moved in which were attended to and resolved. Nick was especially helpful to us and gave us the confidence that we were looking for

Great apartment, great sales team, Happy Buyer!

We had a good experience, a quick process to purchase at a reasonably discounted price, with Leila being very helpful, polite and available throughout the process. And her dog Paloma is a sweetheart!

The aftercare team was responsive when we had snags or issues post-moving in and in already two instances they have been quick and fixed the issues.

The building has some issues which I think are relatively small and to be expected of a new build but otherwise it was done at a high level and we are very happy with the flat, building and location.

We bought a flat from overseas and Leila has been a wonderful agent who remained available to us for consultations. She made our visits to London seamless and provided us the guidance to complete the purchase. She is very patient and kept us on track with the timelines. She had also sent us all the information required in relation the after care issues. We highly recommend Leila and this property.

I have to disagree with the below review. I love my new apartment at Waters Edge Court, and have found Leila nothing but super helpful and professional.

P.s The kitchens are great!

Do not buy anything from this Company. You will regret just like 64 apartments in Bow Exchange E3. Just stop by Waters Edge Court and talk with any resident. Cheaply constructed, everything falls apart, aftercare team does not do anything at all. We are all left behind with many problems and systems that do not work. Do not believe in their beautiful brochure, it is all a lie.

Completed on my property over a month and couldn't be happier with my new home and the service during the sales process and the after-care. Thank you!
