Domi has the worst customer service I…
Domi has the worst customer service I have experienced. I would strongly advise others to think twice before buying from this brand.
We spent more than $4,000 on a Polycarbonate Wall, Order # CA3869 for Mounted Sunroom solarium, and it arrived with a missing part. Despite multiple attempts to get help, their customer service has failed to resolve the issue. It has now been four weeks, and we are still waiting for a solution.
I regret purchasing from such an unreliable company. A product at this price point should come with better support and accountability.

Spending over $4,000 on our Polycarbonate Wall Mounted Sunroom and not being able to complete it due to a missing part is completely unacceptable, and we entirely understand why you are disappointed.
We want to be completely transparent with you: your missing component required specialized expedited production. Due to standard factory lead times and scheduling, the manufacturing process has taken longer than we anticipated, and as of today, it has not yet shipped. We deeply regret that this uncertainty has disrupted your plans with your contractor.
Please rest assured that we are not letting this rest. We have also actively responded to every one of your messages in our previous correspondence. We are actively tracking the production status daily and have flagged this as our highest priority. As soon as the part leaves our facility, we will immediately send you the tracking information via email.

We had 7 boxes coming to us. We started putting it together and found 1 box had 3 dents. I could not get our pictures to show on the website. We beleave the box had been dropped by a fork lift. I called several times, but finally got someone who understood our problem and in 2 days replacements arrived. Thank You Penny. We are so greatfull to you.

Very Very disappointed with the quality
I bought this to replace our old gazebo, I just got around to putting it together this week. This was over 2x the price of our old one so I expected it to be better quality. Unfortunately, it is not! While it is sturdy there are a lot of plastic parts (around the feet, corners of the roof & parts of the roof) these were metal on my old one and I’m not confident that these will hold up )they came with stress marks already in them. Then there were a lot of cosmetically damaged parts, the underside of the roof has deep scratches, most roof panels had dents in them, the corner plastic parts have stress marks in them, parts of the frame had dents in.Putting it together wasn’t so difficult and the instructions were pretty easy to follow, the only issue is only about 50% of the holes to secure the roof line up perfectly, the rest took a little finagling to get in place. At this point I’m left disappointed with the quality and wish I bought the same as our previous one especially with the cost difference for sub-par quality and I only made the change to have gutters, now I think would have been better just adding pvc gutters to my old one!

Resin Roof Rain Gutter Gazebo
I ordered the 10x12 Resin Hardtop Gazebo (with the rain gutters) based on our small deck space & couldn’t be happier with the finished product! It gives nice coverage from all day sun & also light-consistent rain. We are actually using the deck built 3 years ago. This company shipped the day after I ordered & I received all 5 boxes together within 4 days. They also communicated well through email. We had an experienced contractor put it together in 4 hours & he commented on how well organized all pieces and parts were, said it was the first Resin roof material he had seen & he really liked this product. Thanks so much to Domi Outdoor Living, we can finally enjoy our outdoor space!

I don’t usually do reviews but I’m happy to do one this time. Every thing went together perfectly. Surprisingly! No construction issues, all the parts fit perfectly! Again surprisingly! I’m a little cynical about these “build it yourself “ things.
Some things to mention: I didn’t put the screens on. Don’t need or want them. The numbering system on the screw packet didn’t exactly match the directions. No biggie. The online directions seemed to be for an earlier iteration. Again no biggie. The hard copy directions were accurate. 0ne design criticism: I wish there was a cover for the upright tie down bolts. That would be nice.
I’d definitely recommend this pergola. Great price and quality.

Chairs are very low to the ground
The chairs are nicely constructed and easy to assemble however they are very low to the ground and a lot smaller than expected.

Sorry the review is a little long but…
Sorry the review is a little long but think it’s worth the read. We purchased the 12 x 14 galvanized steel hardtop gazebo after doing some research on this company and having a family member who had one for several years now. We received the boxes on time and they were not damaged. You definitely need at least two people to put the whole thing together to make it go faster. My husband was doing well putting the base together by himself however needed a second person for the roof. We were lucky we had a neighbor who was able to start helping with the roof. They were able to install the top(small part) but Unfortunately we were missing the screws for the rest of the roof so we had to stop the project. this company does not have a phone number easily listed for customer service only a email on their website. I found a number through ChatGPT so I called and left a message but also emailed to be sure to get a response. Don’t waste your time with the phone number because they have to contact the warehouse anyway. The warehouse is outside the US so there was a day and a half delay with a response. Make sure if you need anything you make sure you include your order number and exactly what you need otherwise there will more of a delay. We received the screws a few days later. The second issue is the manual does NOT give clear instructions to make sure you don’t have issues towards the end. They should tell you to measure and remeasure throughout the panel install process. DONT TIGHTEN ANY of THE SCREWS until ALL the panels are installed. This will save you ALOT OF TIME AND AGGRAVATION. We we having a major issue with panel #3 lining up so panel 2 and 1 didn’t go in on both sides. We looked up some videos but they did not help at all. The company DOES NOT HAVE THEIR OWN INSTALLATION VIDEO. So we reached out again asking for help. Again a delay due to the warehouse/customer service dept out of the US. I made the mistake of not including my order number even though I contacted them through the thread from the previous email about the screws. So I got back an email “what is your order number and what is the problem?” Also send pictures of your issue. Not sure what that helped with since there was a whole in the roof but I sent the pictures anyway. The response was loosen the screws but did not specify which ones. We got better results with ChatGPT with troubleshooting. Had to find a friend who was able to come and help finish it. This project took from start to finish for us almost 3 weeks due to weather not cooperating , product issues and poor install instructions. If you want to save time and aggravation, I would definitely suggest finding a company that could install it professionally. On a positive note. We are finally enjoying it and it held up during a crazy wind and downpour storm passing through the very day we finished it. So bottom line make sure you are prepared for some bumps along the way if you plan on doing it yourself and are Ok with building things.

The directions need help and the…
The directions need help and the hardware ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!!!! It took way to many hours and it was beyond frustrating to line up all the metal to fit screws into that are way to small for adult fingers. I ended up finishing the product with metal self tapping screws that are at least magnetized so they don't keep falling off the screwdriver. I need this box to be rodent proof. While I am certain the raccoons can't get in I have gaps at the bottom where I am either going to have to fasten more screws (which I will have to make more holes where they don't currently exist) or I will have to use some sort of caulking to keep mice out. Given the chance to do over I would shop for something else.
