Hi Katie — we’re really sorry for the confusion this caused. We can confirm our driver attended your address and was on site for a couple of minutes; the collection was incorrectly marked as “unsuccessful”, but your bags were collected and will be delivered to our warehouse as normal.
Please don’t worry about anything being taken — our vehicles are GPS-tracked and drivers operate with CCTV in use, so donations can’t just “disappear”. We’ll be feeding this back to the team so the job status is updated correctly in future. Thank you for your donation.
