Ordered boots online and emailed them
Ordered boots online and emailed them, whilst on a night shift, about estimated delivery time. Received a lovely friendly reply 4hrs later to say boots had been dispatched that day and they arrived the very next day. 4 days from placing order to receiving them in Co Cork. Fantastic, friendly and professional service and I highly recommend them. I'll definitely be buying from them again.

Still waiting!
I am still waiting for the item I ordered so my experience is not good so far I’m afraid.
Received my order. It was an issue with an post. Really lovely boots. Would def order again.

Hi Avril, I'm very sorry about this delay in delivery!
An Post appeared to have a backlog last week as all our deliveries took longer than usual. In general, we find An Post reliable but they might have been overloaded approaching Christmas.
Sincere apologies once again for the delay and I hope it won't deter you from ordering again in the future.
