Awful Customer Service and False Advertising
I bought an Original Retro Messenger Bag as a Christmas gift at the end of November so obviously kept until the end of December to be opened. Unfortunately found that it the product the same as the image and description said it was. On the listing it says ‘Authentic Leather Look PU’ and the bag is made out of a cheap, thin canvas material and is generally not suitable for the intended use.
I got in touch about a refund and it was a nightmare. I got told that they 'couldn't' (they could have, the chose not to) process a refund because it'd been more than 14 days since the purchase. The person I talked to had no consideration for the fact it was a Christmas gift and didn't even listen to a word I was saying, just kept repeating themselves. I have 3 emails from them saying exactly the same thing, despite what I said.
I won't be using this company ever again and I regret doing so in the first place. Now I'm stuck with a bag that I don't want or need and I'm out nearly £30. I got a great bag from Amazon, cheaper, great quality, exactly what I wanted and I know if there's an issue I'll be able to get me money back with no issues. After my experience I can't, in good conscience recommend anyone use this company and I’m seriously considering reporting for false advertising.

Customers should always open and thoroughly check items immediately upon receipt for suitability. In your case, more than 50 days had passed between the delivery of your item and your request for a refund, which unfortunately falls outside our stated timeframe. While we understand that return policies can vary across retailers, a full refund has now been issued.
