I’m happy to support local manufacturers and avoid offshore cheap imitations that don’t last and end up in landfill. Keep at it Door Mates!

Almost 5 months to receive order and delete Instagram comments from customers complaining about delayed orders. Would not recommend.
My new natural boucle jute mat looks great and stays in place. The big size looks good as i have a wide doorway.

Placed 8 January. Excuse after excuse
As to why it’s not ready. I like the way they give themselves months to produce the item to try and cover their asses. Given the amount of reviews on this page and for the same issue - delay and shitty customer service - I too will take this to my bank to dispute this charge.
Don’t waste your money, go to Bunnings!

I purchased early February and was told 4-6wk turnaround. When I had heard nothing in 4wks, I reached out and got a generic response indicating their turnaround time. I replied suggesting the complete lack of any contact made me nervous. Immediate response apologising and reassuring me. When I got to 6wks, I replied to same email - it bounced back saying “no such email”. Website is now completely gone too! NZ site is still operating however. Lost $250.
Further to their reply, I have now received more emails. Today, I received the tracking number. Despite their advice below that it was shipped yesterday, the tracking simply says “label created by sender”, still no confirmation from AUSPOST that item
has left warehouse. I remain pessimistic z

Do Not buy from this company.
Paid $179 21st November 2025, received doormat 20 March 2026. 4 months for a standard mat. They replied to my emails in reasonable time with every excuse possible. The product is ordinary; could have bought similar from Bunnings for a fraction of the cost. Dont fall for their marketing!

Made the purchase early Jan, and they were delivered earch March. So approx 7 week (i read they took a while for delivery- so i was expecting that)

Ordered my everlast mat on 26/11 and still waiting for it…14 weeks so far, completely ridiculous for a standard mat. Will be my first and last order
I'm another who has ordered a generic mat on the 30th of November. I contacted them in the middle of January and had a reply that it would be sent soon... Now it's the 27th of Feb and nothing has been received.
I have sent another email today asking for a refund if it cannot be sent this week.
My advice is not to fall for their marketing and use someone else for a mat. :(

Not a custom order. Apparently I “missed their pre Christmas cut off date” of 10 November 2025 and got pushed into the new year production queue.
They’re saying end of Feb early March. This is ridiculous, it’s a door mat! They need to spend a less on their social media marketing budget and more on actual stock.
If I could leave zero stars I would! Avoid at all costs, longest delivery time. Worst and cheapest quality ever made. Ink run all over the under mat. Poorest quality at the highest price. Supposedly outdoor mats- pfft does not last at all we threw out after 3 months but quality only lasted max 2 months
Ordered a mat on 23/10/2025 with a simple design, supposed to take 4-6 weeks at a cost of $300. Received a generic email on 12th December advising there was a delay and orders would be delivered in January 2026 as soon as possible due to a delay in supplies. It is now 1st of February 2026. I have tried contacting them 3 times - only way is via email or via contact form on their website. No response. I have now disputed the charge with my credit card provider. Terrible customer service!

I emailed Cat and the response was instant my mat was replaced without hesitation.

We have a similar story as Barbara.. ordered on
29/11/2025. Now 28/02/2026 and still no front door mat almost 9 weeks later. It was a simple plain mat brought purely due to the size i was looking for, not specialised in any way. I purchased through their marketing on FB therefore did not see anything about any delay nor order cut off date they are claiming was on their website and had I seen this notice, I would have simply not ordered.…This is not good service therefore I do not recommend anyone purchase from this business unless you are prepared to a) pay upfront then wait 3 months or more b) pay top dollar for a door mat!!!!
The company has advised me of a “likely” delivery in late February which will make it approx. 12 weeks turn around time IF IT TURNS UP AT THE END OF NEXT MONTH (FEB 2026) 🤷🏼♀️

I ordered a black mat with a plain border on 10/11/25. When my order hadn't been dispatched after a week, I queried it with them. They replied saying it would take 6-8 weeks for custom orders (this is not stated clearly anywhere on their site). Mine was by no means custom. 7 Weeks later I contacted them again and they informed me that I had missed the Christmas order deadline and that the order was still in the scheduled production timeframe, but no dates were given.
Only order from this company if you are willing to wait exceptionally long for a standard order, that you have paid for in-full months in advance. I eventually requested a refund and it was processed.
Ordered nearly a month ago, no update. When I emailed them they said it would be another month. They give no indication of such significant delays at point of purchase.
