Excellent order process, very friendly staff and quality products.
The fitter turned up on time every day and really cracked on with the job.
I paid my deposit and then the balance more than a week earlier than I needed to. After the job was completed I received a number of phone messages and an e-mail asking for the balance, which I'd already paid. Gotta say, this narked me a bit.
I'd over looked the fact that it says in their paperwork that they do not remove the doors they replace, and if you want them to, there is a charge of £10 per door. I think they should discuss this with the customer at the point of order. I came home to a pile of doors on my drive which I ended up taking to the tip myself.
On completion three of the doors did not close properly and the device that was supposed to close my garage door didn't pull itself shut the way it should have. The fitter said that some doors might need adjusting after installation but, to be honest, I didn't want to take any more time off work as I'd already taken two days off for them to be fitted. Almost all of the doors has dirty fingerprints on them after fitting.
My wife cleaned all of the doors down and I adjusted the doors that didn't close properly. The garage door spring loaded closer was a nightmare to adjust.
I would still recommend this company but I suggest they clarify everything before installation and make sure the doors close properly before coming off the job, even if there is a possibility they might require further adjustment later. At the end it just seemed a bit rushed.

We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the balance payment. This was due to a reconciliation issue, and we regret any frustration it caused. We’ll continue improving our internal processes to prevent this from happening in the future.
Regarding door removal, we do state this in our paperwork and terms and conditions, as we use a separate company for waste removal. However, we take on board your feedback and will ensure this is discussed more clearly at the time of booking.
With door adjustments, as noted by our fitter, some doors may require minor tweaks as they settle into the property's temperature and humidity. We do offer a free 6-month warranty for these cases and could have arranged a convenient time to make any necessary adjustments had we been informed.
We also appreciate your comments about fingerprints on the doors. White primed doors can be prone to marking until they receive a final coat of paint, but we recognize that cleanliness is important, and we’ll look into ways to improve this process.
During our final walkthrough, we encourage customers to inspect the work and raise any concerns so we can address them on the spot. However, we appreciate your suggestion and will ensure our fitters emphasize this step even more.
We’re grateful for your honest feedback, as it helps us refine our service. If there’s anything we can do to further assist, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Installation issues rectified
Have had some issues with my installation, but Chris came out and was very personable, with good attention to detail, so all my doors look great and close well now.

Great job done very well by Rad, rehanging two difficult fire doors. They now work as they should and close properly. He cleaned up very well after his work, which doesn’t happen with all tradespeople!

The lady I think she is called Suzanne is so helpful, as I wasnt quite sure which door I wanted, she recommended ones I could look at online. She also arranged to have my door fitted, not at that date yet, but Im sure it look good.

The bi-fold doors are extremely poor…
The bi-fold doors are extremely poor quality, some of the hinges were fitted incorrectly and above stickers. Marks were on the doors and some doors were larger than others. Luckily we had a joiner to fit them who remarked strongly on the poor quality.

Really impressed with the great job Rad did of installing 5 doors with glass and modernizing my home. He was punctual, flexible and polite and gave me a better than expected result by ensuring I would be able to avoid having a catflap in the brand new door by using his wit and experience. Great experience
I’ve had a good experience with Doors 4 Yours. Although my bespoke door took a long time to arrive due to it being sourced from abroad I was kept up to date with its progress and notified of any changes. Suzanne was particularly helpful in this regard. On the fitting day, Chris, my joiner, was helpful, polite and courteous. He answered any questions I had and took the time to tidy up after he had completed the job. Overall I would highly recommend this company.

Top job again.
This is now the third time we have used doors4yours in two separate properties to fit a total of 18 doors, so as you would gather we have been extremely impressed with everything about this company.
The standard of the doors is top class and Chris the joiner did a brilliant job every time he came to the house with no stone left unturned to produce a superb finish, he is a real asset to the company and it was a pleasure to have him working in the house.
Special mention also to Martina and Suzanne in the office who were always great to deal with and speak to.

First class experience from start to finish!
Our contact was primarily with Jamie & Suzanne on the sales & support and with Rad the joiner. A pleasure to deal with the whole team, very professional from start to finish. A special word for Rad. Our installation was nine pre-finished oak doors - six standard doors, a double and a single pocket. He made a first class job of all of them. As a tradesman myself, I can highly recommend the quality of his workmanship!
