Avoid they mess thing up and lose your money
Used for 6 months free interest, bout me though to Humm finance, now between them I have a finance agreement the money has gone somewhere but not to the retailer. I’m now trying to find what they’ve done with £1000 of money they lost. Don’t reply or only Tell you to speak with the other company when you call them. No ownership AWFUL COMPANY AVOID

Dopple acts as the credit broker for the application journey, while Humm is the lender responsible for managing the finance agreement and payment to the retailer. We have raised this with Humm so they can review the payment position directly.

Hello,
I would like to make a complaint regarding the extra £100 charge. I did not even use the bike, so I do not understand why I was charged.
You told me that you would get back to me after receiving the bike back, but I have not heard anything from you since.
To be honest, my push bike goes faster than your e-bike, so the experience was very disappointing.
Please explain why I have been charged and arrange a refund if this was a mistake.
