Terrible customer service
It’s taken two months for me to find out that an item I’d ordered as an exchange (as part of a matching set) has gone out of stock. A month ago I was told my exchange was being processed, but that there had been a delay because of Christmas. This week - with me chasing for an update, again - I’ve been told the bra is out of stock. I’ve been out of pocket for months now and need to return the matching briefs. Throughout this whole period I’ve had no updates from Dora Larsen, I’ve had to email Harriet to understand what’s going on. Previously loved DL lingerie, but I won’t be buying it again.
Faulty item? Blame the customer!
This is the most disappointing customer service that I have experienced in quite sometime.
I tried on the item, fitted perfectly but the bottom clip would not attach. On examination it wouldn’t align. When I informed the company of the fault they suggested I must have bent the clip.I should just push it back into place.
Ignoring the fact that I had tried the item on for the first time and that the clip should have aligned with the hook. As opposed to have ‘been bent’.
Is this review about quality of item or customer service? Both….
Very disappointing indeed!

Exceptional customer service
Exceptional customer service. I'm a returning customer, and I really enjoy their products for their high quality and comfort.
This time around, I had an issue with a return, but their customer service agent Sophie, has been on it immediately and managed to sort out the problem within 24 hours. I will be returning again and will definitely recommend to my friends.

Great products and lovely customer service - mail lost a parcel and Sophie at Dora Larsen made the process of getting a replacement so easy and straightforward, she was very responsive, kind and helpful.

Great brand, great online shopping experience :)
I discovered DL last year and am already obsessed!! The designs are gorgeous - the colours are so pretty and the fabric is soft, all the styles I've tried have been so comfortable to wear... I've been recommending the brand to everyone.
I've placed multiple orders now and the delivery is so quick - it's either sent same day or first thing the next morning! Also Sophie in Customer Service is fab, whenever I've had questions about the fit or size, she responds quickly and has always been super helpful!

I have ordered few lingerie sets from…
I have ordered few lingerie sets from them, however the last one didn't fit and I wanted a monetary refund. It took more than a week to receive £25 out of £115 that I paid and it is super confusing. No way to call them either. I am afraid that I will have to spend next couple of weeks arguing to get my money back. Bad service.

Dora Larsen always deliver!
I've purchased several different lingerie sets from Dora Larsen and they always deliver to a high standard. Incredibly comfortable, made with high quality materials that last and a great fit! The fact that they're hot on sustainability is a bonus! I'm don't typically shop underwires but I was converted by the quick and speciality service I received from Sophie in Customer Services.

Bright, comfortable and luxurious.
I own several lingerie sets from this company and they are the most comfortable sets I own! The fabrics used are so soft and feel really luxurious (even after being worn and washed many times). I also love that all of the fabrics are either organic, recycled or sustainably produced and it's really clear that this is a brand that cares about their environmental impact. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for colourful pieces with a conscience.

I love this brand!
I recently spoke to Sophie in customer service about my bra having broken, it was the best service I have ever had from a brand. She got straight back to me, send me a returns label and I got a gift card a week later. I adore this brand and this makes me love them even more!

Consistently happy customer :)
I've bought from Dora Larson 3 times now. I always buy in the sale as I can't afford their full price items; however, I've found the quality of their designs and products to be excellent. They make me feel really good about myself and I find them really comfortable and supportive. I've also found their customer service to be helpful in providing an exchange for me when I ordered a bra as a gift for a friend. I'll always go back to them as a once a year treat!!

Terrible company
Terrible company. Over priced and over estimated. Treat their staff terribly too. Avoid.
There is no reason to buy under wear from here when you can go to high street brands and get similar quality for a lot less.

Please don’t buy from this brand
The return took over 3 weeks to process.
Then they emailed me to say that the warehouse staff said the bra I sent back was without a ticket. Not true. They not only wouldn’t refund me but said to send the bra back to me (that I’d already paid delivery once on) would cost me £4.50.
I don’t know how a brand can offer customer service like this!

I spent a lot of money on their lingerie and I was very disappointed when one of the bras began to fray within a couple of months. I have got in touch asking for either a replacement or a refund, and no response. At this price, this is very disappointing, and I would at least expect a response of some sort from customer services.

Overpriced tat. They refused to refund me for a Thong they claimed had been worn when it was no such thing. Will never shop here again and will never recommend them to anybody. Complained to Trading Standards.

Poor quality for price
Poor quality for price, my bra developed a hole after wearing a few times. I contacted their customer service and never heard back. Disappointing experience wouldn’t recommend.

Amazing product and best in industry customer service
Dora larsen have one of the best customer service departments going. When I have contacted them about a fault in quality in a product they immediately asked me to choose another style from the website and sent it out to me. When I returned an item the team got in touch and asked for some feedback on the product, they are clearly very passionate about their product and ensuring their customer is never disappointed. The team even go above and beyond, once I accidentally sent another company return to them alongside my Dora larsen and they emailed me and posted it back next day delivery. Highly recommend this company for their brilliant product and best in class customer service.
