Terrible company. Bought 2 items during black Friday start of December, received 1 and still have not received the other item. I have been emailing and dming on Instagram yet no reply for months now, don't bother buying from them they don't even care about previous orders and still posting on social media releasing products that don't even ship.

Ordered twice in The week of Black Friday, 2-3 days difference, first order came smoothly, 2nd didn’t get any update whatsoever, no reply to emails or DMs despite being so active on social media

Absolutely a scam company. Ordered and paid over 200 euro for a jacket in September 25. Never recieved the item and no way of contacting this shower of thieves. Absolutely do not order from this company. Scam, scam, scam

Avoid this company, aftercare , returns and refunds do not happen. Save yourself the pain of trying to get a refund as need to go via you're bank. Don not order online unless prepared to keep faulty, poor quality items..

Stay far away from these scammers 150£ spend no jacket received costumer service doesn’t reply to your mails and they delete comments on instagram questioning where theyre item is

Don't order items that don't match. It's very sad.

The product I received was an windbreaker jacket the ( Free Angela jacket ) this was an absolute scam I paid £153 for it and on the first 3days of having it the inside adjustable toggles broke and came apart, for the price of this item I didn’t think it would break so easily, on top of that when I messaged the guy, he didn’t respond at all you can’t even get a refund or an exchange

My 15yr old son placed an order with this company on the 16th June, he still hasn’t received the item. I’ve sent numerous emails and tried to contact through social media….no response at all. The order cost £93 so not just a small amount, and it’s his own hard earned money! This is absolutely disgusting!! Cannot believe not even a reply.

I had ordered on the 24th of February and since then have had one update on the app ‘shop’ (not even from the company’s email directly) to state it was being processed. It is now the 24th of March and nothing has happened… they tell you they will email you with any delays however the only email I received was when they confirmed my order. They do not respond to emails and customer service process is on the floor. I have waited a month and have paid £88 for an item I was looking forward to having and now very much disappointed with the treatment of this business if you can call it that. Please can someone advise me on what the best course of action is to claim the money back and report the business to be a scam? Any help would be appreciated as I would not want anyone I know buying form them again.
