Ordered two items. The quality was not as described and they did not fit. They arrived screwed up in plastic bags and took weeks to arrive from China. We requested a refund and were offered 20% of the purchase price.

Ordered one item from dorvelli which took 10 days to arrive.wrong size so we asked for addressed labels to return jacket.was told that they couldn’t send labels and told us to photograph item and package which we did.received an offer or discount of 20% off the price and we could keep the jacket.we turned this offer down and demanded our money back.anyone experiencing problems with companies like this should if paying by cards contact their bank for a chargeback claim.this behaviour from dorvelli is nothing short of scamming.importation of cheap Chinese goods and using discount method to obtain money off you.avoid this company at all costs.

Very disappointed with Dorvelli Mode. My order arrived very late and the quality of both the blazer and jumper was far below the price paid. Poor tailoring, cheap-feeling materials, and inconsistent sizing; the blazer was not a true UK Medium and the jumper didn’t even have a proper size label.

The website did not clearly state that the items were shipped from China. Given the premium pricing, this felt misleading. After providing photos, I was only offered a 20% partial refund for late delivery and was then told I could not return the items, which does not align with UK consumer rights.

I would not recommend purchasing from this brand.
