Absolutely amazing, the lashes are always stunning, the service is beyond great any issues I’m always contacted, notified about delivery. All around amazing company and amazing people

I have ordered from Dose of Lashes many a time and have been a long standing customer of there’s for atleast the last 2 years. I ordered 4 pairs of lashes resulting in spending nearly £40, I still to this day haven't recieved a confirmation email for my order not only this I then after not receiving one have continued to chase as I have no proof of order and no tracking. Dose of Lashes then respond with a tracking number which still to this day says sender dispatching item. I have then continued to wait over the 2-5 working days to see if my order turns up it didn’t, I then chased Dose of Lashes once again nearly 2 weeks after I placed my order! During this period Dose of Lashes have put a 30% valentines sale on which would have saved me £16, as I have recieved such bad service anyway I asked Dose of Lashes if there is anything that could be done as if I was to order them now I would have saved myself £16 and would have in actual face bought more due to this. However when I asked I was advised it would be at my own cost and I would need to return the lashes and reorder?! This seems very unfair and highly uneconomical as I would have had to return the order to order the exact same lashes but save myself £16?! When approaching Dose of Lashes with this information I have recieved very rude responses and not the responses you would have expected from a million pound company. The unfair part is I was still waiting for my lashes when this sale was on and I was asking these questions whilst the sale was still on! And I had already waited two weeks for the lashes for an event I needed that I never got to wear them to. Not only this the response I received from Dose of Lashes was- ‘if you don’t want to order with us again that’s fine, thanks’ now as a company you’ve just lost a loyal customer that was willing to spend £10.99 on your lashes due to the fact you have poor customer service?! And for saying what I’m asking for is 2 sets of your lashes due to the £16 saving- you would think to retain a customer - 2 sets of lashes compared to the bigger picture?! Not only this after explaining the situation on Instagram and continuously being ignored! I advised I’d be leaving a review. At which the response was Great thank you. Please note we won’t be accepting any further orders from yourself. - a customer that has spent hundreds on the brand to receive responses like that!

This brand just changed the game for me.

Their cute AF packaging, their beautiful lashes that look like eyelash extensions and their eyelash glue liquid liners- mind blown.

Honestly the most AMAZING company I won’t go anywhere else for my lashes, they’re literally all I wear!

Not only do they look gorgeous and like I’ve been to a lash tech, but the quality is amazing, they last and the company it’s self is run by some incredible people.

They’re always quick to answer questions and talk to their customers which is a personal approach you don’t get from other companies. They’re very helpful, friendly and have amazing products. Just honestly amazing!

Have been using these lashes for years now and will never be able to find any that compare!! My favourite pair were discontinued and I wasn’t able to find anything else I liked, I messaged the company in hopes to find something similar and they sent me a few pairs of the discontinued lashes! My boyfriend bought me the advent calendar for Christmas after many many hints! The delivery was just as advised it was. Every single product has been incredible and high end, you can tell just how much time and hard work has gone into making it. I started wearing dose of lashes last year and will never wear another brand. It’s even become a tradition that all I get is fresh lashes for my birthday! I want to finish on how the powder puffs have absolutely changed my life! So thank you for being so amazing and creating the BEST lashes!

Honestly, I could not speak highly enough of this incredible company! Not only did they respond personally to me, they organised and sent me lashes that were not even on their website anymore. It is very rare that you find a generous company with a kind heart like this one in this day and age. I will only order from Dose of Lashes because the quality is far superior to other mediocre brands, prices are very reasonable and the customer service is 10 stars! By far the best lashes and products I've ever used. Omg rhe lash adhesive pens are out of this world so easy to use and don't leave glue residue on eye lids after removal. Would highly recommend 👌

The only lashes I will use now! I recently stopped getting individuals and wanted lashes that looked the same.. dose of lashes ticks all those boxes! They’re fantastic quality, so comfortable to wear and the glue is out of this world! It’s the only glue I’ve used that actually keeps my lashes from rising up on the corners! I’m so impressed with my lashes and the blenders/ brushes are absolutely gorgeous 😍 the team are also so friendly when you talk to them and shipping is always so quick! Overall just an absolute dream of a company!
