Dotwall were chosen to develop a new more modern website for Loughborough Carillon Tower War Memorial Museum to correspond with the refurbishment of the museum. They won on price, compared to other quotes obtained and they also won on service. We were involved at every step of the process and our ideas and suggestions were always welcome and dealt with without delay. The method of communication between us, Basecamp, meant that although one of the developers was working from abroad we were able to get an instant response to our many requests. The tasks were dealt with as separate ‘to-do’s thus clarifying every step along the way. Where can I start,
Our family Shutters business has been going for four years now and we were not really getting the best returns from our current website. We approached Ben at Dotwall to see if he could look at what we needed to do for improvements. After a video call with Ben it became very clear we needed to start again and look at making something more user friendly and something that Google could rate.
