Horrible. The customer service is absolutely none existent. I order online for convenience- however that is none existent with Parfumerie Douglas- they give you initially a delivery date and then you receive no information about your purchase, until 2 weeks later, when you are informed that your order has been cancelled- this is a reoccurring practice with them in my experience and the reimbursement also takes another week after that. Do not waste your precious time, money and patience on Parfumerie Douglas- there are plenty of other beauty supply platforms that are correct, reliable and value their customers.

The order arrives with the products already opened. They're selling cosmetics that someone else has already used.Also, the order was not gift-wrapped, even though this was included when placing the order.
Douglas Bulgaria send expired cosmetic products. Order number #500049477; 20.04.2025y. All of products Mario Badescu are expired, some of them at 2021 year. Always check your products from Douglas, because they can't be trusted.
I made an order on April 28th. Their website says the delivery time is up to 5 business days. When I called today to ask when will I receive my order the lady from the call center informed me the store employees "neglected" my order and it still hasn't been processed. This is the most outrageous explanation I've ever received. They definitely lost me as a client!!!
