Ze staan nu ook in Zaanstad Krant ze zoeken mensen. Lees niet zulke goede berichtte over deze organisatie. Veel zijn in het Engels. Dus ze zitten dus ook overzee. Dus lees eerst even de andere reviews. Want wat in de krant staat klopt niet hellemaal.

Honestly, one of the worst companies to work at. The staff treat the employees horribly. They always expect you to be available 24/7 and if you decline going to a call, other staff members e-mail you about it. Its not organized at all, you sometimes get a call from the office to go to a client you have no idea what has to be done. The care plan is not relevant , you have to do more things than it says .

Asking for hours off, offends them and then it makes you feel bad that you’re asking in the first place. Its not right the treatment. You get sent to clients that are aggressive and when you dont want to go anymore, you are still sent to them, regarding how dangerous it can be. Asking the office to remove you from a client is like asking them that you want to quit the job. They dont care about your safety and there is no benefits working here.

Plus, you barely get hours. It can typically range from 3-5 hours a day sometimes even less like 1-2 hours per day. Mileage is not paid fairly. You get sent to clients that are not in your area and mileage pay is low.

I’ve been using the Waterford office for over five years, and I genuinely cannot speak highly enough about them.
The level of care and professionalism is outstanding. The entire team is fantastic, but I have to give a special mention to my caregiver, Michelle Tully. For more than three years she has gone above and beyond — she’s not just a carer, she’s become a real friend.
The office staff are equally impressive — always professional, empathetic, and willing to work around my schedule. They truly care.
Thank you to everyone at the Waterford office for the incredible work you do. You’ve made a real difference in my life.
